The lady at the Boutique was amazing, the outdoor pool was amazing, the fitness area was amazing.
I loved everything except for the fact I couldn’t pay with cash and the time to took to get our food at the restaurant hampered our day.

Facility was great and clean, it was so nice to be able to access the gym/pool/class areas as a hotel guest. Also great that parking is free for hotel guests. Spa front desk attendant was super nice and aestheticians were amazing and knowledgeable.
Upon check-in front desk staff wasn't that knowledgeable and I asked for early check in if possible and I was told I would be contacted if it was and when I went later to the front desk again to check again, the room was ready but no one contacted me. Also feel like front desk should explain where everything is located for first time guests. The poolside snack bar was out of a lot of food by 1pm.

The hotel room was spacious and very clean. The cleaning staff didn’t just surface clean, they are fantastic. The gym is three stories of equipment, specialized rooms for yoga, boxing, Pilates, just to name a few. The staff was very gracious and treated you as if you were in their home. Very lovely.

It felt safe, clean, and close to many amenities. The staff seemed super nice.
The piece of paper about the hotel, which is given to you when you check in, was difficult to read.

STOP advertising “Free Parking” or “Parking Included”, even the staff verbally kept telling us at check-in “Parking is free for hotel guests.”
Parking is NOT free; the itemized receipts clearly state the $45/night Resort Fee is for parking, among other amenities.
Sheets were dirty. Took picture of yellow stains on sheets and coffee maker had mold in the water reservoir. Also took photograph of it.

it was clean and bed comfy in the room.
I couldn’t EVER contact anyone at front desk. I needed assistance with booking and no one EVER answered the phone. not once. I also called front desk during my stay and ended up going downstairs to ask them to turn up heat in the room. No one, not one person was at front desk for over 15 minutes. Finally someone walked by and I asked if he could help. Luckily he was the exact person I needed to adjust temps. But the building is huge and it was quite eerie to not see anyone around. I felt very unsafe.
In the morning the usual sounds of a gym erupted. Weights hitting the floor and the loud but cheery greeting of an aerobic instructor with a microphone. In that moment I realized why there were 2 sets of earplugs supplied by the bed.

The location was great although if you don't have a car it would be a little more difficult to access the trains from here directly without having to take a bus first. The breakfast was great at the hotel. I wish the spa was open a little earlier and later in the day as I really wanted to take advantage of the spa services but they were only open during times when I was occupied with work.

Be careful, people fly through the parking garage and it's easy to get hit while parking or walking. I would like them to maybe install speed bumps or something to help with this.

Very nice sized room, very helpful staff and great amenities at the hotel.
There was quite a bit of doors slamming in the evening but it wasn't too bad but noticable.

great location, modern and luxurious feeling facilities
feels a bit cold, austere. no little shop for snacks or travel needs

This was one of the best hotel experiences I have had. All of the staff were extremely helpful and the room was spotless. I was blown away by the amenities as well. There was a lot of space in the hotel room to store luggage, parking was a plus. I will stay here again the next time I visit Chicago.

the facilities were perfect for a fitness conscious couple! the room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and awesome views of the city
on occasion the room cleaning could have been better. small elements were forgotten like replacing water bottles or having enough robes in the room on arrival.

I loved everything about this place. When I arrived the front desk agents were very helpful, and made an effort to make my stay comfortable. I feel like I had everything there to relax such as workout classes, outside pool, & spa of course. Oh! can’t forget about the free parking. I will be definitely be back soon 😊
I wasn’t able to use my fire stick to watch movies.

Jonathan was great when we arrived. Thoroughly explained everything. So many amenities we didn’t have enough time there to do everything. Great pool and rooftop deck.
Prefer a later checkout.

this property discriminates against people with mobility issues. no handicapped-friendly parking. no signage in required garage showing location of reception. was on crutches after recent surgery, told manager of obvious mobility issues yet she put me in room FARTHEST from elevator.
these people are clueless about how to operate a hotel.
