Twice the Amount!! Be Forewarned!!

I liked the shower in the bathroom. They were the type where you don't have to worry about slipping. The air conditioning worked well too, which was why we were staying in a hotel in the first place. We were displaced residents due to a power outage.

Where do I begin!? Check-in was a NIGHTMARE! We checked in and given ONE SET of keys instead of two, and when we were charged almost $300 we assumed that he charged us for the two rooms but failed to give us the second set of keys. We found out later that they fail to mention the $75 fee per pet that ISN'T included in the Booking.com price. I showed them the total we received, and it didn't matter. I was quoted one price on Booking.com site and in order to check in, they told me I needed TWICE the amount I was quoted for both rooms. I distinctly mentioned during booking that we were traveling with pets which I assumed any fees for the pets to stay there would be included in the price! We were already exhausted from being in the excessive heat and the power outage in our city due to a storm the night before. The were no other rooms available anywhere else that accepted pets so we had no other choice but to stay. The pets ended up going back home because power was restored and I spoke to management about getting my pet fee back and they refused! My pets weren't even there an hour! Also, we didn't use the other room because my son went back home with the pets. Breakfast was meh... They had breakfast sandwiches but they all had some type of pork product on them and no beef or chicken sausage option. Beds are old and hard.

I like the room we were in was a suite

The housekeeping policy was not clear upon check in and we did not receive housekeeping at all during our stay. I would have like to have received a clean room, sheets, and towels.

Clean hotel, comfy beds.

Staff were super nice, it was clean and well maintained.

My only complaint would be the breakfast. Wish they had fruit other than apples and bananas.

Fabulous

Staff was super nice and the whole Hotel was super clean.Our room was beautiful and above our expectations. The kitchen area was full stocked with dishes and a full size fridge and microwave oven and dishwasher. Bathroom was very spacious and the shower was amazing with plenty of towels and had full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel . I highly recommend this Hotel and will definitely stay here any time I stay in OKC.

breakfast hours end to early, pool needed cleaning, room trashes weren't dumped, at check in no info for pool or breakfast was given until asked later on

The hotel was clean and we always love the rooms

The picture when I booked was not the room that I got. Also the breakfast was a disappointment this year it was the same thing everyday and usually overcooked because you can't cook it yourself anymore.

We have been booking with Home 2 Suites for several years. Each time we come, our experiences are better than the time before. We appreciate the staff, who take good care of us, the beds are comfortable, and the room size is amazing.

My only suggestion in the bathroom is to give more light around the vanity mirror. Midwest City Home 2 Suite, the lights are dual and hard to see in the mirror. The light over the bathtub is really bright, but not at the sink area.

Great stay!

It was an exceptional value for the price. It looked and smelled clean, and the staff was great; everyone smiled and were so willing to help.

Very poor

There were kids yelling and screaming up and down the halls did not get any sleep. Breakfast bar a lot of the breakfast was not available

Clean but can do better at handling noise complaints and posting free

Other than gunshots, the hotel is close to everything you might need like Walmart grocery stores , restaurants, gas station and indoor entertainment center. The room was clean and the bed was super soft and comfy. The room also include all the basic kitchen needs like cabinets to store all our child food and snacks, fridge, cutlery, microwave and sink to wash your dirty dishes or you can simply put it all in the dishwasher provided. The room also comes with a decent size closet to put all your clothes and winter jacket. There's also plenty of counter space for storage and table that comes with a comfy office chair to do all your computer work.

The location of our room. Our daughter is 3 and she sometimes tried to do a couple of jumps to get into bed as the bed is a little higher and she couldn't reach it. We received complained from the neighbour through the front desk staff stating we are making most noise when at the same time there is other people at the hallway outside our room making all sorts of loud banging. I think it would help if the staff should only put family with kids in a separate location that is not close with other people who are sensitive to little noise. As for location of the hotel, on the first night of our stay we heard gun shots that sounded very close to the hotel, it scare our daughter alot and we had trouble sleeping. So id advice everyone to becareful if you staying at this hotel. This hotel is also a pet friendly hotel, they should also have a designated room for people who have pets. Our neighbour next door had a huge dog and it will bark each time we are outside trying to leave to go somewhere or when it's owner leave. I think it is the staff responsiblity to encourage pet owner to keep their calm.

Clean & spacious. Easy access to freeway & shopping.

Construction on the highway but that’ll eventually be done. Mix up the breakfast somehow.
