Excellent newly decorated hotel

Excellent hotel. Everything is very neat, clean, newly decorated and the accommodation unit is excellent, as is the location of the hotel. We recommend the restaurant within the hotel. The fitness is also very good and comprehensive.

Very good hotel for an overnight stay near Union Station

Nice hotel in the perfect location for those arriving by train or bus at Union Station, as we did. It is only 5 minutes easy walk from the station. It’s a standard, comfortable business-style hotel, with plenty of places in walking distance to get dinner or breakfast.

No complaints.

Nice hotel in the center of Worcester.

Modern hotel, center location, nice rooms.

Below average breakfast, room was very dark, dim lighting, bathroom door doesn't actually close, no privacy.

great location with friendly staff

the location was great and we were able to walk to restaurants and for coffee. the staff was friendly and helpful.

confusion on where to go and how to check in. it could have been better communicated to head straight to garage and head up the elevator.

We would stay again. But the price was high.

It was very modern and easy to access to the Hanover Theater. The bathroom was awesome and the shower was fantastic.

The bed was clean but the sheets were not crisp and I did find someone else’s long hair on the coverlet which was a bit alarming. For the price, the sheets should feel like brand new sheets. They were worn. The bed was very soft. I think it needed a new mattress also.

It was close to the convention center. Seemed like a new build so very clean. Great for the one night stay.

It was easy to find, clean and staff was helpful.

There was no easy way to unload luggage at the front. No bell service to help. No room service so when all the restaurants during a holiday week were filled we could not order food .

Stayed one night with my son before heading out to college tour/visit. I would stay here again.

Buffet breakfast with a la carte options. Fitness room was adequately stocked with weights, some machines, water and towels. Easy-to-use laundry facilities. The hotel is located within walking distance of some very good restaurant options (we ate at Volturno, but if we kept walking down Shrewsbury, we would have run into many others).

The price for parking at the hotel was very expensive.

We stayed 6 hours and we will not be back

Close enough to the DCU center

The bathroom had hair all over the sink when we arrived late at night and never had been in the room. It made me question what else is unclean in here. There also was not a spare blanket and pillow in the room for my daughter to sleep on the pull out bed.

Great short trip for cheering clean updated room

Excellent quality both room and staff.

The room was modern and the staff not only helpful but genuinely friendly. The lobby sitting areas, bar and breakfast also exceeded my expectations.

I wish the parking would have been included with the stay.

Nice place to stay in downtown Worcester for business or pleasure

The room was well appointed and comfortable. The bathroom was the right size for the room. Plenty of pillows, both soft, and from which gives you a nice choice. The breakfast was a little disappointing; the quiche was cold, but otherwise the choices were fine.

Loved that it was pet friendly- my dog enjoyed the square across the street!

The staff was excellent and friendly, and I appreciated the security both at the lobby doors and to get into the elevator to the rooms. The rooms were very modern and comfortable.

I was disappointed that the breakfast was not included, and thought that $17 per person was an absurd charge.

Outlets didn't work, toilet was backed up when we arrived, no option for a crib for my son, room was generally dirty

It was clean & comfortable. Happy I could make a cup of tea and had a fridge. Place to sit and work.

Would have liked two full size towels in the bathroom. Yes, could have called for an extra, but didn't want to. Also, there was no soap by the sink. Again, didn't want to call.

Modern amenities friendly front desk staff

Bullet hole in elevator door made it feel extremely unsafe, room had many areas that could use a cleaning including in between double beds where hairs and dust where collected, maids hanging outside the rooms at 10am when checkout isn’t till noon and lastly felt like every guest was on one floor.

Great location, spacious and exceptionally clean

The room was spacious, exceptionally clean with a comfortable bed. Very central location close to restaurants and bars. The staff were very friendly.

The breakfast choices were less than adequate. I would stay there again but would not have breakfast included. A random (seemed like a prank) call was patched through to my room in the middle of the night and this was frightening as I travelled alone. The lady at reception apologised and said she would look into it but I didn't anything again about it.

Really a nice convenient hotel. Restaurant was nice and staff was friendly.

Nice room and bed was comfortable. Restaurant was wonderful!

Our tv didn’t work and we had to ask three times for someone to check it. It was my only complaint overall but it was really annoying because we planned to watch a movie as we relaxed but the tv wasn’t fixed until 1045 pm.
