NOT Chem free, perfume dispensers all over

Great location, nice staff

Fragrance dispensers all over the property. In the halls, in the elevators. Fortunately not in the rooms. So sad. A really nice hotel totally ruined because of dispensers placed all over spewing cheap fragrance. My wife needed her asthma spray. If you need chem free, stay away from this hotel. They even have a fragrance dispenser in the fitness room

Pretty good and comfortable enough. Great location to Miracle Mile for walking and shopping.

The lobby store and free coffee were great

They need to invest in some new towels. They weren’t dirty but very thin and rough and you could just tell they were past their shelf life. Also, the windows are so dirty I couldn’t enjoy thee view from my room. They need to have a company come clean the outside of all the windows if you ask me.

overall a good experience, I will stay again.

very convenient location , short walk away from Miracle Mile and all the good dining restaurants in the area .Around 20 min or less away from Brickell and 10-15 min from the heart of callle 8 . Small but comfortable and clean room , comfortable bed .

breakfast could have wider options , kind of cheap .Also , it seems to be a miscommunication between the booking.com website and the front desk since I had already paid for breakfast at the time of the reservation and they were going to charge me for it at the hotel again . However, I showed them my booking details and I think they removed the charge they were going to process for the breakfast. Also ,the rooms are not well isolated and you can hear what your next door guest is saying .

Nice atmosphere and accommodations.

This was the perfect landing place for us and our cat while we waited for our new house to come open -- safe, clean and great location (easy walk to downtown Coral Gables).

The staff at the front desk do not smile when you walk up to the front desk. I was there for four day and no one speaks with a smile. They are not a pleasant bunch.

I'll definitely book another stay at this property in future.

Breakfast was limited but adequate. Service by everyone from the valet to the front desk were very polite and helpful.

The poorest possible toilet paper was used in the bathroom. Needs a serious upgrade, given the quality of the property.

The location was great - I didn't purchase the breakfast. I thought the price was too high.

The cost of the parking was extremely high. I am already paying to stay at the hotel, so I wasn't sure why the parking was additional. I would have liked to know this ahead of time as this would have helped me determine whether or not to stay here. This was an unexpected cost and I was highly disappointed in finding this out. There were also only 2 body towels, 2 washcloths and 2 hand towels for a 2 night stay with 2 adults in the room. There should have been more available than that in the room.

Never want to stay there again.

Two of the workers at the front desk were friendly. The rest could use some customer service classes.

We had ants by the sink, the hallway feels like a sauna, breakfast and parking are high. There was a hold on my account because it was showing that I was charged twice, but Aloft reimbursed me. Even though the reimbursed me there was a hold on my money. I called yo see if they could remove the hold and whoever answered the phone had the nastiest attitude. I had to extend my stay and chose to find another hotel instead of just extending my stay with aloft.
