Very nice sea view with balcony / terrace overlooking the bay of saint jean de luz. The villa is located at 78 AVENUE DES BASQUES in CIBOURE, in a very residential area of villas in Bordagain, very quiet, in a green setting. On the ground floor, possibility to enjoy a large terrace with all the garden furniture (large garden table, 6 armchairs, parasol, and 6 sun loungers, outdoor lighting) From the apartment, only very beautiful sea views (St. jean de luz, Biarritz, Socoa fort, Bordagain tower), not overlooked. You can walk to Ciboure Beach / socoa in 5 minutes. .The apartment is furnished with a lot of charm and all the comforts. It includes a living room a sofa bed, with flat screen TV, dining room, 2 bedrooms with a bed 140 (TRECCA) in each, a small room with a bed 90CM a bathroom with bath and washing machine, new kitchen fully equipped again in January 2017 with dishwasher, microwave .... This is an apartment on the first and last floor of a villa that includes 2 independent apartments You can relax on the balcony while admiring the bay of Saint jean de luz, Biarritz, and the Landes coast. Sea view from all the exceptional apartment;
For young and old, 500 meters from the apartment, you can practice all water sports: paddle, sailing, catamaran, windsurfing, towed buoy, water skiing, surfing, fishing at sea. On the beach, there is also a kid's club with different activities and swimming lessons. The beach is very quiet and monitored.

You can easily walk to Saint Jean de Luz along the seafront with a beautiful promenade. You will also have the option of taking a shuttle boat or bus to get there in 5 minutes.
You can also make beautiful hikes like the coastal path between Ciboure / socoa departure from the villa to Hendaye very nice walks to the edge of the cliffs.
Also excursion to the Rhune and its little train 15 minutes from the villa.
you will be able to benefit fully from the back season in the Basque country which is one of the most beautiful periods of the year

You can arrive by plane from Biarritz airport, by train from the station of Saint Jean de Luz, or by car from the A63 motorway. You can park your car in front of the villa because it is a very quiet avenue with very little traffic.

This is a secluded apartment within easy distance of beaches and restaurants. It’s situated on a hillside, so the walk to and from the beach is aerobic! Dominique, the owner, was very welcoming and gave lots of helpful tips about what to see and do in the area. The balcony, although small, is the perfect spot for breakfast, with wonderful views across the bay.

Appartement au 1er étage d’une maison. Vue superbe sur le littoral. Emplacement privilégié à 5 min à pied de la plage de Ciboure . Pièce à vivre spacieuse. La propriétaire, Dominique, est d’une sympathie exceptionnelle et a rédiger un « plan de route » . Nous l’avons plus ou moins suivi ce qui permet de bien découvrir le coin !

Nous sommes partis au pays basque avec notre fille de 3 ans et nous avons choisi cet appartement pour sa proximité avec la plage et son environnement calme. En effet, il se situe dans un quartier résidentiel à 5 min à pieds de la plage avec un arrêt de bus pour aller au centre ville de Saint Jean de Luz ou à Hendaye par exemple. Restaurants de Socoa à 15min à pieds, pharmacie et boulangerie à proximité (ainsi que médecin). L’appartement est comme sur les photos avec une magnifique vue sur la baie. Propre, lumineux et très bien équipé ! (Machine à laver, sèche-cheveux, fer à repasser, cafetière, draps, produits ménagers, et même sel-poivre-huile..) Dominique est très gentille, accueillante et disponible. Documentation mise à disposition pour connaître les sorties, resto, manifestations... Nous recommandons cette location et reviendrons ultérieurement.

A little gem

Property is clean and comfortable and has all the equipment you need for holiday accommodation. The location is perfect for exploring Socoa, Ciboure, St Jean de Luz and beyond. The view from the terrace is amazing. Dominique is very welcoming and has lots of suggestions of what to see and do in the area. There are plenty of restaurants and small shops within walking distance and a big supermarket a 5minute drive in the car.Travel inland and see the typical basque villages or follow the spectacular scenery along the coast road. There is really something for everyone. Don’t miss the market at St Jean de Luz or a trip by train into St Sebastián. We will certainly return.

La maison est située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme et très proche des commerces, de la plage et du port. L'appartement, très propre, est conforme à la description de l'annonce, très clair, bien équipé, avec une large vue sur la mer et la côte. We had a lovely week, the flat was nice with a wonderful view. Only a short walk from the beach and not far from restaurants and shops.
