Uppryckning behövs på detta hotell!

Läget och sängarna

Så många detaljer som inte alls var bra! Här kommer några exempel. Ingenstans att hänga upp kläder i rummet, blandaren trasig. Väldigt stökigt i lobbyytan. Uppstädning hade gjort mkt för helhetsintrycket. Drickorna som såldes var varma så personalen rekommenderade att köpa någon annanstans. Korven och äggröran var kalla på frukosten, ingen grädde till plättarna. Brödet var fryst…

Good enough for a short stay

It is more like a Hostel than a Hotel. The rooms are basic, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good but nothing special. It is very centrally located. It is good for a few days.

The cleanliness and the amenities could be better.

Passade inte mig

Frukosten var helt okej inget extra men tillräckligt och rent. Läget är bra.

Luktade illa, avloppslukt. Var kallt och kändes fuktig. Vårt rum var renoverat men toan satt konstigt väldigt lågt och det kändes slarvigt gjort. Saknades vägguttag fanns ett bara. Dörrarna stängdes inte ordentligt, vårt rum stod öppet när vi kom vilket kändes olustigt.

Great location; good facility and amazing breakfast.

The room was comfortable, the location great, and breakfast was amazing. The hotel is walking distance to the main train station and close to lots of fun things to do. The restaurants in the area are excellent.

We didn't like that construction was taking place close to our room each morning by 7 am. But that was not the hotel's doing.

Bra överlag, det negativa påverkade inte vistelsen nämnvärt.

Läget, sköna sängar och mysig innergård

Fanns inget lås på toaletten. Fanns ingen hiss. Vi fick be om extra toapapper då det tog slut. Vi saknade kylskåp på rummet. Den kvinnliga receptionisten uppmärksammade och hälsade inte på gäster som passerade (om de inte sa hej först).

Bäddmadrassen åkte som en vante i sängen. Lägg en skumgummi-skiva under så ska den ligga still. Dusch rummet var allt i minsta laget

Väldigt instäng lukt, dåligt städat och smutsiga sängkläder vid ankomst, fick dock byta dessa. Personal som inte var på plats hela tiden vilket gjorde det svårt vid behov av hjälp

Useable at a push

Staff were friendly.

Bed was like sleeping on lumps of rocks, very hot, paper thin walls and a bed that didn't fit against the wall because of water pipes made for a less than stellar sleeping experience.

The hotel has an excellent location, the city can be explored easily starting from there both walking and public transport. The chekin and checkout processes were went smoothly.

The breakfast was average, when some food ran out, refills were slow or done only by request. The breakfast room was small and dirty. Cleanliness could be better at all.

The location inthe heart of Stockholm is excellent. The breakfast was good.

Unfortunately, the rooms were very filthy. We found hair and stains on the bed linens. When we told the reception, they gave us new linens to redo our bed ourselves. The second room they offered us had the same problem, as there were stains all over the bed. Furthermore, the room looked as if it never had been dusted. Would not recommend it to anyone as clean beds are a basic feature....

Nice and cosy hotel/hostel close to Hötorget. Very close to busses and tube or you can just walk to the central station. Breakfast selection was plentiful. There were many different types of yoghurt, fresh fruit, bread, scrambeled eggs etc.

No lift available. This can be a problem if you have heavy luggage with you. Breakfast room was really small and we didn't find any place to eat. Luckily there was a patio outside were we ate, but that was one floor above the buffet room.

Nice location, friendly personal, comfort could be better

Super friendly and helpful personal. Wonderful location, we could get to the old town just by feet (aprox 20 min), nearby there are lot’s of different places where you can eat. The breakfast at Hoterget was tasty with different options to choose.

There were no furniture to put our clothes and stuff (just hangers), so we had to stay with our luggages in the middle of the room during whole stay. Also the drain in the bathroom smelled badly :(

Average, small and depressing room

Breakfast was good, they had lots of vegan milk and gluten free muesli and bread

It was a very small and dark room, even though I paid for ‘queen size’ room, it was 2 single beds pushed together and 2 single duvets. Underground and with a tiny window, it felt like a prison cell.

Bad customer service and no elevator

Location & lower price.

The customer service in this ho(s)tel (it's a glorified hostel) is very poor and inconsiderate, they do not seem to care at all. Our keys to the rooms did not work multiple times and we had to walk back and forth the stairs (up to the 4th floor, no elevator). One of the pillows had a big blood stain, we only got a new one after leaving a note in the room. Beds were not made before asking on the note as well. Receptionist didn't take note of our room number for this at all... Curtain does not close all the way. Not great during summer, you wake up too early because it's so light. Room got very hot also in the evening. Breakfast has not many vegan options. I would not recommend, other better options available if you book earlier.

Staff was not at all in right place to work. Service was poor and unfriendly. Many things in the room was broken.

VERY NICE, bad housekeeping.

Location was perfect, breakfast very good, and the hotels old buildings athmosphere was excellent.

Room was dirty. All drawers were full of dirt(luckily didnt have to use them for one night stay). Previous customers stuff (liquer bottle, kids shoes)found from the room did not encrease the well cleaned feeling.

the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was perfect, the only thing was that we had a few broken closets in the room, however, that was not an issue, and everything was perfect. the breakfast restaurant was more than perfect and their food was great.

Excellent and would love to come back again.

Location was great!!! Can go to restaurants and pubs easily.

The breakfast is not that much selection and some of the food are overcooked.
