Appreciated the breakfast but was disappointed that the restaurant was not open.

Baby pool wasn't working for the second year. Dirty linens weren't picked up without calling to tell them. Desk staff at lodge wasn't friendly.

Great location and has tons of activities to do there. Just an overall good atmosphere.
The bathroom could have been a little cleaner and the water pressure was awful.

Was good , away from lodge and should have been relaxing
We got there the first night at 10:30 pm, the first thing I had to do was clean, I swept all rooms. Bathtubs hadn’t been cleaned from people before which was a concern, we used towels in the bottom of tub to take showers. No updated wall soaps or body washes. Floors hadn’t been mopped so no going without shoes of some kind. The front light going to cottage was out , we left to go get tub cleaner for the bathrooms. The next day get up and the cooking pots pans hadn’t been cleaned properly so we left to go get breakfast came back to ants all over the counter and sink , stove. They had raid under sink and sprayed which made us not well but needed the spray. We did this for 2 days and when we left they was still moving and even in bathroom. Was crawling up my arm as I was drinking coffee. Was supposed to be relaxing , hate to say was more stressed after we left than before we got there. Shame! I hope they take better pride in the cottages because the price of this place is way too much for what we dealt with.

We really enjoyed the setting on the lake with swimming pool available. Also, played golf
Customer service could have been better. Felt as though workers were either stressed or didn't like their job too much. Ice ran out

If you have any issues with your room they will move you to an available room. If that room has issues they get it taken care of right away.
Kiddie pool was dirty and needed filled. We didn't have a little with us, but it would have looked better being its next to the big pool. Outside the rooms needed swept.

No fridge/microwave available
No boat parking/outlets for power in the parking lot

Not many options for breakfast, and restaurant was closed. Our room at the Lodge was okay. But the heater didn't work unless you turned it up to 90. Very cold with cold air blowing all the time.
More options for breakfast, and a warm room would have been nice.

Buffet when available was good. Other days the continental breakfast items were only adequate.
Liked access to Beach and pool
Screen on outside door to terrace was broken so we could not leave that door opened due to bugs.
Not enough chairs for two people to sit. Would have liked a second chair.
Water pressure at bathroom sink was very poor.

The resort is in a beautiful area. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows.
There are not elevators. The only floor that did not require 2 flights of stairs was the second floor. I was offered help with carrying luggage but would have had to wait a couple hours.
The room had no clock and no refrigerator.
The faucet in the bathroom leaked from the turn on valve and the amount of water coming out of the faucet was a fine spray.
I felt the outside could have been kept up better. Lots and lots of spiderwebs and dead bugs.
The buffet breakfast for which I had to pay $12, not $10 as shown on my confirmation, consisted 6 items, scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuit, gravy and pancakes. And did not include any beverage. I had to pay $2.50 for a glass of orange juice and $2.50 for a cup of coffee.

We really enjoyed our trip. The lodge was great for our little family. The staff was very friendly. We will be back next year!

Pool, Bar and Restaurant we're all excellent.
The rooms could have been cleaner , and you only receive 1 roll of toilet paper a day. With 4 per room that's not enough.

Location is perfect. And the cabins were spaced well. Kitchen is fully stocked and plenty of beds. We really loved the pool.
No one came to pick up our wet towels at all In fact when we left they were still there well beyond the designated time for them to be picked up. The place was filthy. Especially the floors. I ended up going to the dollar store to get disinfectant wipes to wipe everything down and then I cleaned the floors as good as I could with water. We had to clean rat or mouse droppings off the back porch door and sweep the back porch so we could let our kids out to see the back. We ended up washing all of our dishes before we used them. I have never stayed in such a dirty place. Because of that we won't be coming back which is very disappointing because I was hoping this would be our special lake place as a family every year.
