Great location , great sized villa in need of a little TLC.

Great spacious villa, great location and good sized pool.

Carpet and material sofa were stained and no soap holder in showers .

Excellent house and location, highly recommended

The house exceeded our expectations,. Lots of room, excellent bedrooms. We were there mainly for Disney and the location was excellent for all the parks. The house was within a gated community with security, which added to our feeling of security, Area was nice and quiet. Little shop on site for emergency items was handy. Hardly had to bother hosts as everything required was available. Two questions we did ask were responded to quickly and helpfully. Many thanks to our hosts for making our holiday special. would highly recommend and would look to book again

location was excellent, bedrooms spacious and very comfortable! Swimming pool was a delight! The owners were very pleasant and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Only had one issue with the resort staff related to prior booking that was cancelled. That caused confusion and people to come to the house thinking we had checked out. Ivor was proactive in clarifying so to avoid further issues.

We didn’t like the neighborhood & all the beds were very uncomfortable.

We didn’t stay at this location, they made us stay in another house at the last minute.

Lovely sized house, very comfortable beds, quite area and staff very helpful and quick at responding.

Pool are was good but pool area needs alittle updating.

We loved the place and it was very comfortable . The area felt very safe

The size of the place was perfect

Of the two master bedrooms the rug is dirty (stained) and the other bedroom had hair on the wall of tub in the bathroom

great place and great location for families

The size of the house, private pool and location to everything was great

Some of the mattresses were a bit saggy and uncomfortable, the kitchen dish wear was a bit out dated and the windows, window treatments and baseboards were dusty and dirty.

In general a good stay but is not in Kissimmee

In general, it was a good stay, but location is incorrect. It is not in Kissimmee, house is located in Davenport. Quiet neighborhood Spacious house Hot water Big rooms

Bed clothes needs to be changed for new ones, some of them are having blood stains and little balls in the sheet, that denotes that are old. Lights of the bathroom and one of the smaller rooms need to be changed. We didn't did the request because there are other lamps that can be turned on. Location is not in Kissimmee. There are some works on the roads that do longer the ways to parks. The nearest was 25 minutes. Universal was 1 hr apart. Very different from what was listed in the description of the booking. Parking outside, garage door do not open automatically.

Great weekend getaway

Everything was so homey felt like we were in a great getaway but with all the comfort like being at home. We were a big group and everyone had their own bed which we so comfy after long day at park.

Roominess, layout, game toom, outside pool/patio.

Trash left in can from previous guest and it was not picked up by trash collectors. Farther from the parks than expected.

I liked how everything was so close Disney World, gift shops, fast food selection. The drive to Universal Studios was about 30 mins. House was clean and great space.

It was amazing!!!! The owners are wonderful we had such an great time and everything was just all around comfortable and cozy my children loved it!
