Fantastic home

We have rented a home in Windsor Palms before. This house was very pleasant with everything we would need for our stay. The host was very responsive

Some of the houses close by were used as party homes, with lots of noise deep into the night, despite the clear park rules. The host informed us they will bring it to the attention of the Home Owners

The house and the amenities were great and enjoyable.

The only thing I can say was the 5 bedroom house was supposed to have two rooms with two twin beds. Thankful there was a loft, so everything worked out.

Clean and Comfortable stay in a 5 Bed Villa with Pool.

- Spacius Home with a great sized pool, size of property was great and each bedroom had own ensuite. - Located near supermarkets and plenty of restaurants (we were situated in the Windsor Island complex) just of Sand Mine Road. - Attractions were only 30 - 45 mins away, traffic depending, so great access for parks and malls. - Hosts were very friendly and easily contactable via email. - Kitched was fully stocked with enough utensils, cups, plates etc to cook a decent meal in the eves. - Games room was a bonus! Would def stay again in this accom in the future, and recommend to others.

2 minor concerns we only had: 1: Was the lack of a pool net, we had to buy one ourselves (to clean out insects etc in the mornings - needed during storm seasons) as the accomodation did not come with one, which we left by the pool for future visitors to use. 2: Bedroom curtains didnt seem to fit the window fully, so light bled in as soon as the sun rose.

All the times we have gone to Florida, this is by far THE BEST!!!

This property is absolutely perfect!!! Our family loved everything. This is an incredibly safe, clean, spacious, home to stay with your family.

There is nothing to not like, this property has everything you need to have a fantastic time.

I was seeking a home for a Christmas family vacation and came across this one. It was everything I expected and more! My family and I had a wonderful time here and would most definitely love to stay in this home on our next Orlando adventure. The hosts were pleasant and available when needed!

Excellently positioned in Windsor Hills (not Formosa Gardens) and distance to main attractions about 20min. Ideally located for shops, restaurants, Parks etc. Size of property was lovely, each bedroom had own ensuite. Plenty of space downstairs too.

i totally enjoyed the location. the host was amazing.

hated the fact that i was totally unaware about parking in the driveway but the front of my car was over the walk way and had to pay $225 to get my car back from the tow yard. they said the sign is on the gate. actually the sign is to the side and if youre not told to read it or whats on it, you wont know you can be towed. still loved the home

I’m never staying here again, homes are nice but the security needs more organization, it ruined my stay.

Nice home and peaceful.

The security, we had to get vehicle permits almost 3 times, they wouldn’t let us in when we first got there when the person we booked with gave us clear information, had to call the person who I booked the stay with, he had to call the security and he still couldn’t get clarity it was like 5 different security people with 5 different answers, 90 percent of the security gave us a hard time 10 percent was good, the daytime security was good the night time security was terrible, took 2 hours to get in when after the money I spent to book that was disrespectful. Dayshift older white security guy I don’t know his name was a great guy 5 stars for him, but that’s about it.
