My one night stay was very comfortable! The AC was ice cold,the bed was comfy and I liked the channels on the TV

Roaches…gross

The location was convenient to FSU. The price was fair for a budget hotel and it appeared clean

It's okay for a no frills overnight stay

Easy check in. Clean room. Plenty of parking. Vending and ice machine accessible by front desk.

The bed sheets weren't very clean and smelled. Quilt looked like it had not been washed in a while. No elevator which didn't particularly bother me but it could be a problem for others visiting.

OK in a pinch, though not a destination.

The staff is very professional, pleasant and polite. The facility is very clean.

The hotel is a bit off the highway, (aprox. 5 miles give or take). Another review here suggests it is easy on/off I-95, and I assure you it’s not that. The walls and doors are very thin. There was a a group with children in the adjoining room and we heard the crying of a baby and arguments over what cartoons to watch, and so on. It was like we were all in the same room regarding the noise. Not a lot of good food options. There’s a Waffle House across the street, but it wasn’t a good representative of the brand. The Burger King down the road is exceptional though not walkable. The room had no facial tissue.

The awkward situation that the front desk employee assigned the room to another guest while my son was still there, because our check out was not due, and they open the door that night. I understand this is a big mistake. And them she went to the room and ask for id. presuming we were the intruders. We did not receive an apology for her mistake.

Nothing the staff is disorganized and RUDE as hell. They confused everyone’s reservations and charged me and shouldn’t have. TERRIBLE

Amazing staff. Helpful and friendly. The rooms smelled clean when you opened the door, and they were immaculate. The location is good for getting back on the freeway. No breakfast, but they have coffee in the lobby. The price reflects this. Great value for the money. I would stay again.

The room was spacious and clean. The coffee at the front desk was good and the staff was very nice. The hotel was conveniently located for us very near the airport. It was easily accessible.

The walls are very thin. We could hear the people in the room next to us talking. It did not seem that they were talking loudly. In the morning, we could hear the vacuum cleaner being used above us. I would have liked additional and fluffier pillows.

Never again.

There was no breakfast. The location looked like it was write off 95 s. But it was 20 minutes y.

The nite manager/Owener? Was the nastiest person I ever met. There was a power outage and I asked when it was coming back on and she told me to leave. Never will go back!!!
