Cottages agréables, qui mériteraient un rafraîchissement

Emplacement au calme, personnel très sympathique et prêt à rendre service, équipement complet de la cuisine, literie correcte.

Un peu vieillot. Douche très petite. Un peu de shampooing aurait été bienvenu.

Lovely little cottage near Bar Harbor

The cottages are not far from downtown Bar Harbor as well as the entrance to Acadia National Park. We enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable, views were great. Nothing to complain about.

Perfect in every way!

The host was always in a good mood. I believe his name was Keith!

Loved everything. It might have been nice to know that you needed paper plates. But fortunately there were plenty of paper towels.

Quiet Comfortable Cottage

This cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable 2 day stay. The beds were comfortable and the living spaces roomy enough for us to spread out. Lovely screened in porch that we didn't take advantage of (too cold). I really liked that extra supplies were available at the reception desk - towels, etc. We would have been happy here for a longer stay.

I would highly recommend staying at the property to a friend. We had fun!

The property was well-maintained and very close to Acadia National Park. The cottage was small, but nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. The on site property manager promptly addressed any issues that arose. The beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay.

I would probably want to upgrade to a two bedroom cottage on a return trip. The sink and shower in the bathroom were a little cramped, but the hot water was plentiful.

Serene, relaxing and comfortable and only 10 minutes from Bar Harbor!

Such a beautiful & quiet property. The cottage with its beautiful flowers all around the outside and such a homey comfortable inside.

The shower was a tad small, but it is a tiny cottage, so it is kind of expected.

The cottages were fun and rustic, though clean, and made one feel like one was on a nostalgic childhood trip to the Main

The cabins were small but comfortable, and they were decorated with fun and quaint artworks and objects, such as oars, that related to the ambience of the rugged and watery coastline of Maine. The cottages were both very near the town of Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park without being of the touristy hustle-bustle of those places. The cottages sat amidst a lovely and lush setting of trees and lawns; this felt like Maine.

Our stay was perfect.

The property was absolutely beautiful. The setting was quiet and quaint. I loved all the flowers and the cleanliness. Joe was extremely helpful when I made an error in my booking dates. He went the extra mile to find me another cottage close by. I appreciate the friendly hospitality and excellent customer service.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property. I’d definitely revisit it if I’m ever in the area.

Great play to stay, very friendly owners - all of our needs were met.

The owner, Joe met us when we arrived and gave us the property keys. He could not have been nicer. The whole property was extremely well kept, our cabin was spotless and recently updated and comfortable. Everything was better than we expected. I would highly recommend staying here.

Cute cottages, very hospitable hosts, and a memorable stay. Definitely want to come back!

Loved the tiny cottages, with bathroom and kitchen! Just enough space for the two of us!

Some of the amenities in one of the cottages were older and needed replacing, but we let the owner know, who is a new owner of this establishment, and he was glad to know what the problem was so he could fix it.

It has a certain charm but was not the most comfortable of accommodation.

Location was very good, easy to find and good access to National Park and Bar Harbor town. Hosts were very friendly.

Our cottage was extremely small, kitchenette facilities were very disappointing, not well equipped, and appliances were old and appeared rather unsafe (loose cooker rings). The bathroom was very small and wash basin was tiny to the point of being difficult to use. Car parking was right outside our bedroom window so it was noisy when other guests arrived and departed at night or early morning. Bed mattresses were old and quite soggy.

We had rented cottage #9 . It was great for the two of us with plenty of space. Joanne, Valerie, and Warren are so very welcoming. Fresh apples are offered from the property and they are delicious!!! Our view was straight to the water. Very peaceful thruout our stay. Everything is clean and well taken care of. Would love to return another time.

Great uncomplicated stay with friendly hosts!

We pulled up to our cottage and it was so inviting with the door unlocked and lights on. Loved the lobster bedding and made a hot tea.

We had such a wonderful time here!

The hosts were fantastic. They gave us shovels and buckets for our kids to us at the beach, and toys to play with in the cottage. The cottage itself was very clean and had everything we needed.

It was the perfect spot to relax and wake up to after a very eventful trip.

The screened in porch was lovely and a great place to spend the early evening. Organized and clean place, the kitchen was perfect. The bedding and towels were clean and comfortable. It is obviously well cared for with great attention to detail.

Tiny shower with low flow water. Very minor!

Short and sweet!

Cute place. We were there overnight. 4 miles or so from downtown Bar Harbor. Good price without paying downtown prices. Parking in town was not bad this time of year.

Wonderful!

The cabin was very clean and the property and area were beautiful. We were close but just far enough away from the hustle bad bustle in the cute little town. I recommend this place! Beds were very comfy :)

It was a nice stay in October. A little chilly but do-able!

It was nice having a private little cabin to come back to every night after spending the day in Acadia. Came in October and it was chillier than we had anticapated and packed for. Took a little while to warm the cabin up but once warm we were comfortable enough. We brought breakfast food with us and cooked up a nice breakfast every morning before we left for the day. The owners were very nice and accomodating.
