Not a good place, the cheapest i found in the zone though.

Price, however they charged me 25 USD additional for letting me leave my bags earlier than the check in

Primary the cleanness, carpet was old, bath also dirt-ish. The additional charge for letting us leave the bags before the checkin wasnt good

The hot box

I liked the area, and it was quiet. Guests were not being disturbed.

There was a pile of trash that looked like a guest dropped something. The part that bothered me is that it stayed in that same spot the whole night. No staff personnel walked the floors after a certain time. Also, the AC was not in the best working condition.

Our stay was uncomfortable for the price we payed

The location of the property was convenient for the places I needed to visit

We didn’t like the smell entering the building. The comfort of the bed was very uncomfortable, bed sheets appeared to have not been changed regularly. The temperature of the shower would change drastically while showering and the price of one stay was too pricey.

You get quality you pay for

The staff was friendly. And of course the rate was great. You get what you pay for...

Horrible paint job in room. There was a smell all through out. I think it was a cleaner they used. We bought some air freshener spray for room. We did see a few roaches as well in bathroom at night when light was turned on...

Great location and always friendly staff service.

Friendly staff, and always good rooms at great prices. I enjoy the stay here so far there is nothing wrong with this room that I got today.

The breakfast is usually too early in the morning. And it’s always the same oatmeal and toast. I never see anything else that I can get there and there should be at least cereal or something else offered for people who do not like oatmeal. And also, there should be like drinks choices such as Orange juice or milk. Not everyone drinks coffee.

Good value for money and good location.

Large room,cable tv,Walmart,McDonald's,A&W,Whataburger,Academy,etc are closeby.Coin laundry,helpful staff,etc.

Don't count on breakfast.It's too small for adults. Don't eat in the room or open the windows,as roaches show up.

The woman who checked me in was very friendly.

The hotel smelled of mold. I had to kill a roach at the door of the room upon checking in. The curtains were hanging off so there was no way to keep light out. Both nights there were children playing, running and screaming through the hallway. They even sat in front of my room to play very loudly well after 10pm. On the morning of check out while taking my belongings to my car which I parked right near the gate, I was witness to the most horrible encounter I have ever seen between a man and woman and children. I was horrified! I didn't know if I would be shot or my car was going to be damaged in the process of this altercation. I couldn't wait to leave here!

Location and I usually have a great time when I need to stay in Houston

This is the first time I stayed in room 116 and there were many cockroaches. The staff gave me spray to try to help. But woke up with least another 8 bugs in the room.

A horrible staycation

Nothing buy I was locked in to stay...they would have kept half my money. They know that is the only way people will stay there. There were also a lot of people that lived there that looked like drug users.
