From the first view of the building to the front desk courteous staff to our HUGE suite to the "everything" breakfast -- it was probably one of the 3 best stays we had in our 17 day road trip.
The ONLY thing I would suggest having would be hand grips inside the shower area and outside the tub to get in and out of the shower safely.

Great staff. Nice small pool which was heated very warm and lovely. Breakfast was good. Room was large and well appointed. We had the King 1 bedroom with pull out couch. Sound proofing seemed good. We didn't hear much from other rooms.
The pull out couch was uncomfortable for 1 adult. Maybe it would be ok for a lighter child.

Pour le prix, on s'attendait à la qualité d'un hôtel Alt ou Aloft, mais tout était plutôt de qualité moindre, à l'américaine avec un gros climatiseur bruyant dans la chambre. Mais la plus grande déception était le petit déjeuner servi, à l'américaine, avec assiettes en carton, couverts en plastique, etc. Nous étions vraiment choqués: 'cheap', peu de choix, zéro respect pour l'environnement et absolument pas la norme pour un établissement au Canada!

When my husband and I have back to back Belleville Senators games we stay here and when my husband had knee surgery I stayed here. It is well located, fairly new and the staff are all terrific.

Location and staff
Room was spacious. Furniture was one chair and a desk chair. There should be at least 2 chairs for comfort when expecting 2 clients. Door was loose and hard to open on cabinet where frig and microwave was. Finger prints on walls and doorways throughout room. Breakfast bar with hot food was cold! Only thing that appeared to be warm was the waffles and there was so many children and adults that they were obviously there travelling in a group, all in the line up for waffles that one could forget that idea. My suggestion is if you can't fully staff the kitchen for the hot section then just skip it! For $300 for the night with slamming doors, uncomfortable chairs (bed was average and lumpy) less than clean interior and then end it with a terrible breakfast well I don't think I'll be recommending this one to my friends. Go down the street and get a clean, comfortable room with a "Hot" breakfast for about $50 less. Sorry but you asked my opinion. Staff was great!

Rooms were comfortable with a great shower. Breakfast had a good selection of choices for the whole family. Was handy to be able to park right outside the property. The EV charging station was an added bonus!

Nicely updated hotel with very comfortable beds and linens. Great breakfast served until 9:30 (later on weekends) it was also very close to restaurants. The kids enjoyed having an indoor pool.
