Perfect appartment but you must be fit

Location was perfect and big terasse with view on sea and main squate was really amazing.air condition was good in such hot days.2 separate bedrooms,kitchen,bathroom with bathtub.

A lot of narrow stairs to get to appartment,but in old city you cannot expect lift in these old houses Not suitable for olders and small children.

Logement très bien situé mais mal entretenu et loué par un arnaqueur

La vue depuis ce logement est magnifique. La situation du logement en plein cœur de Piran est très agréable. Le logement est plutôt spacieux. La climatisation est appréciable.

Le logement est très difficile d'accès, pour décharger les bagages, il faut se rendre au centre de Piran avec un droit d'entrée à 6 euros de l'heure, il faut laisser une personne dans la voiture car on ne peut pas se garer. Il faut ensuite parcourir 300m à pied avant de monter au 3eme étage. Pour se garer, il faut se rendre dans un parking à l'extérieur de la ville à 20 euros par jour et ajouter 1 euro de navette par trajet. C'est dommage de n'avoir aucune indication de la part du loueur à ce sujet. De manière général, le loueur n'a laissé aucune indication sur les utilités, les restaurants, les points d'intérêt ou les informations pratiques comme les poubelles. Le logement est très mal fini et mal entretenu (tapisserie mal posée qui se décolle, meubles abimés, store abimés, …) Les lits ne sont pas confortables. Les équipes du loueur ne parlent pas anglais ce qui rend la communication compliquée. Durant la semaine de location, ils sont rentrés deux fois dans l’appartement qui était fermé à clé sans notre accord au préalable. Pour terminer, après avoir restitué le logement sans aucune remarque de la part des équipes alors que j’ai fait le tour avec eux, j’ai eu la surprise d’avoir une réclamation de la part du loueur qui me demande 1500 euros avec de fausses accusations. C’est tout simplement une tentative de fraude.

Exceptional

The loggia/balcony was overall the best thing about this apartment. If anything, I'd come again here and enjoy the beautiful view. Another awesome point, is that everything is so close to the apartment.

I would prefer to have more and diverse dishes in the kitchen since some of us come with kids to vacation and often stay home and prepare a meal.

The apartment is much nicer and lighter than on the photos

Terrace, light rooms and bathroom, location is awesome. Washing machine in the bathroom. The Hosts are very kind and helpful.

As the apartment is very nice and well located, the terrace is wonderful, I would recommend to work a bit on the interior design and kitchen equipment (cutlery, glasses)

It’s all about the location and the terrace view. It’s absolutelly fantastic...best in the old town O would say. The Lady who met me was very friendly. The appartment could be a bit updated though...overall, great place to stay in Piran.

The view, the lady that greeted us, cosy feeling, well-equipped kitchen, great terrace

Some doors a bit difficult to close, close to the church (bells wake you up at 7 am)

Very good

The location is absolutely prefect, 2 min walk from the city centre. There are shops, markets, cafés and bars nearby. The view from the balcony is stunning.

A bit hard to carry all your luggages to upstairs as there is no elevator within the building. Cleanness is normal, but not perfect. The furniture and the walls are quite old, they need to be renovated. Towels and very basic kitchen equipments are given.

Beautiful surprise in the center of Piran

I was little worried at first because of mixed reviews on booking. However I must say that this accommodation exceeded my expectations. Apartment was really nice, cozy, clean, air-conditioned and the terrace ... pure perfection! Would definitely stay here again!

So many stairs ... but we expected that as Piran is all about stairs. The terrace and the view from it was worth it :)
