Wonderful, would stay again

Closer to restaurants and the ditch in the back had lotsa ducks swimming around and our rooms smelled amazing

The mattress has definite sags from where multitude of bodies have slept

Great location. Breakfast bar was well stocked with variety but quality was below par. breakfast staff was super nice.

woke up to ants in my bathroom (no food was disposed) and the room would no regulate temperature set at. Super loud noises in the hallway that were impossible to not be disturbed by.

friendly and caring staff, just a few easy fixes to make it a 5 star experience!

the staff was very kind and helpful! GREAT breakfast!

the thermostat in the room didn’t work and our room was either too hot or too cold. we were staying with other people, and their room was the same way. also the pool heater wasn’t on and there wasn’t heat in the pool room. The water was very cold. when you would get out you would freeze.

Disappointing

quiet location

The refrigerator in the room had leftover trash from another guess which made me think the room was not clean properly. The bathtub could have been clean better and the bed looked as if someone has slept on top of the comforter.

The front desk was very nice good was pretty good kids enjoyed the a little the night we got there

We had seven of us and was only given 2 towels no towels in the pool area. Had breakfast the next day and kids wanted to go swimming before we checked out but they closed the pool in the morning so had unhappy kids

the room was okay someone lost the remote to the curtain so we couldn’t see the pool experience horrible.breakfast good

Brittany was helpful with things I needed for the room the cook for breakfast was very helpful as well

my son got sick from the pool instead of using chlorine they used bleach instead had to take my son to the hospita hospital and he has rsv which is a virus and I told them know one helped or said nothing kept call for the manager manger which everytime I called the manger never there I very upset so I will be taken them to court

Superb

Each night there were people sitting on the ground outside the front door drinking adult beverages. It was a bad look for the hotel and we don’t know why the hotel allowed this to happen.

They need to do Maintenence on this place, fix door locks and elevator

The room keys did not work and had not worked for 18 days so you had to get someone from the front desk to let you in your room every time. It was horrible. Then the elevator was broken.

I would stay again.

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was great.

The pool was very cold. My grandsons legs and lips were purple due to the coldness.

An overall comfortable and newly constructed hotel

Feels like a newly built hotel. Rooms have a new design that is very functional. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of options and the breakfast area had great seating.

Shower supplies like soap and shampoo dispensers are not refilled between stays. Two of our containers were empty. The power strip on the nightstand was not connected properly so none of the outlets worked. There was also a kids baseball team staying there at the same time. We checked in around 10pm and the parents and kids from the team were having a loud pizza party in the main lobby. Kids were also running and screaming in the halls on all floors of the hotel all night. It would have been nice if staff enforced quiet hours.

A fun overnight stay for my granddaughters and myself!!!

I have to give a shout out to Austin on the afternoon shift. He was such a pleasant young man and so helpful!! Too bad all of the employees aren’t as nice as he was . The breakfast was awesome!!!

Some of the locks didn’t work, and twice we had to get a new room key. Also the swimming pool room was so hot!! 90 degrees! the pool water was pretty chilly.

Dirty, loud, breakfast was out of all juices and staff was not able to help because non of them actually worked at that hotel.

Worst night ever

The location was perfect for where we needed to go.

The parking lot was a sheet of ice and very slippery, the front desk people didn't seam to communicate with each other and it caused a problem with one of my rooms checking in, the next morning front desk people were very rude and argumentative with me, the rooms I booked were 2 double queen bed rooms and a king room the king room was fine but the queen rooms only were king beds and a chase lounge my grandsons had to sleep on the floor.

Good and Bad

Breakfast was excellent

The room was a disapointment. The corners in both the room and the bathroom were filthy. Looked like the room was mopped, but the trim base and corners haven't been touched in 6 months of more. Gross ..! There were signs all around the lobby recommending masks be worn, but didn't see one among the hotel staff.
