Fijn plaats om met vrienden te vertoeven. Leuke extra is de kelder met bar en openhaard voor de winter en aansluitend teras met BBQ voor de zomer.

House and stay was nice - nevertheless I can't recommand this house. You have to pay a deposit there. If you never ever want to see your money again, then it's the right house for you. I have been trying to get my money back for two month now.... I don't even get any reaction. I'm really disappointed!

We hebben een erg fijn weekend gehad in Le Milan Royal. Het huis ziet er in het echt nog beter uit dan op de foto’s en de bedden slapen heerlijk. Pierre is een erg vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Ik raad dit huis zeker aan!

Mooie locatie met alles erop en eraan. Ruimte genoeg voor iedereen en sauna in kelder heeft zeker een extra waarde. Vanuit de gîte kan je in de directe omgeving al heel mooie wandelingen maken en verplaatsingen per auto naar bv Le signal de Botrange of zelfs Monschau zijn zeker aan te bevelen. Onderweg kan je zelfs genieten van de mooie landschappen en open natuur. Wij hadden een fantastische stapweek, natuurlijk ook omdat de hevige regen achterwege bleef. Zeker een aanrader voor mensen die van de natuur houden.

Pierre ist sehr kommunikativ und serviceorientiert. Die Unterkunft ist in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Umgebung ist landwirtschaftlich inmitten ruhiger Natur.

The house offered space for family including small children. The weather is not really over the weekend unfortunately worked mainly rain. Later in the week we were able to enjoy the garden (with fine chairs) in radiant summer weather. The downstairs room with a big screen TV was great to watch. Together for World Cup matches We have a good time. Le Royal Milan is pretty pricey, but a beautiful and comfortable home to stay.

With four families and a few small children, the house for us was not only very well equipped, but also super split. With fantastic weather we have, however, mostly held us in the garden and near the lush barbecue cottage. For the huge sauna area we must then probably come back in winter again.

Had a wonderful holiday with the family. Walked around the area. Shopped in Malmedy and Verviers. And "cozy evenings by the log fire, bar and billiards. The weather was fine and we enjoyed together. Too Garden Worth repeating.

Perfect for a relaxing weekend with friends or family. Especially suitable for groups with children. Any improvement is to appoint some maintenance especially inside. This is, with some attention, quickly rectified.

Our second trip to Milan Royal. Unfortunately the this time against. The owners are super nice. But many in the house was broken or outdated. It was also outside stone staircase piece, steps were loose. Very dangerous situation. The house is always cozy and was also clean, there be no complaining. We have discussed with the owner and they have promised to renovate it. So quickly another chance, because further a very nice house.

We have 14 full. friends celebrated a great weekend at Le Royal Milan. r nZelf BBQ cooked and used plenty of room for all and especially the basement was used a lot. Nice Bar, pool table, cozy seating. Sauna is also used. Enough privacy for everyone. R nVerder there walked around the Robertville lake and cycled on the ATB. R nBecause it rained, we also went to Malmedy, museum and cathedral visited. R nKortom recommended.

We were prepared that heating costs would be high all love a warm house and sauna.325 euro we had to pay and that was ingecalculeerd.goede rooms, comfortable beds, delicious dekbedden.de pool table was a hit, as well as The beautiful TV we have a real movie night doormaakt.een trampoline or speelatribuut had been nice outside but on the other hand, have the kids make a slope created in tuin.keuken was very good, with a double afwasmachine.dus real recommended!

The owner was extremely helpful and very good to deal with. He really helped to make our stay pleasant .The house is big enough to take families comfortably and toys are provided' which were much appreciated. However, the garden is not suitable for very young children with stairs and a drop near the barbecue. There are one or two things that need to be fixed, some switches, the steam bath and the children's swing. Nothing major but having them working would have been nice.
