Bardzo fajny weekend.

Śniadanie było po prostu super. Duży wybór, różnorodność i uśmiechnięta obsługa. Polecam. Po za tym strefa wodnego SPA. Też bardzo fajna.

Brak roomservisu. Ale to do nadrobienia.

Tylko jden nocleg, nawet nie zdążyłem skorzystać ze SPA, żałuję bo już byłem w tym hotelu wcześniej.

jak zwykle udany, będąc w Elblągu nocuję tylko tutaj

Super śniadanie w dobrej lokalizacji

w pokoju 12 A nie było możliwości wykorzystania lampki nocnej z powodu zbyt małej liczby gniazdek - przedłużacz z rozgałęźnikiem rozwiąże problem

Jedzenie na duży plus, wystrój i lokalizacja na duży plus, basen na minus a sauna to śmiechu warta. Miałem pecha bo akurat była jakaś impreza w hotelu i o 3 w nocy z domku obok hotelu weszło do hotelu 50 osób w podchmielonym stanie więc była przerwa w spaniu do ok 4. Tak to poza tym ok

Jak się wynajmuje prawie cały hotel jakiejś grupie to raczej pojedynczych gości się odseparowuje do drugiego budynku bo jest taka opcja albo się nie wynajmuje pokoi wtedy.

Die wirklich sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter/innen konnten den mangelnden Komfort nicht aufwiegen.

Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Frühstück war gut und reichlich. Ein Umzug in ein anderes Zimmer ( von 3 Sterne auf 4 Sterne) war unkompliziert möglich. Die Betten waren in Ordnung. Es gab gute Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel, wenn auch nicht kostenlos.

Die Zimmer im 3 Sterne Bereich waren sehr klein. Das allein hätte uns nicht gestört, aber im Schrank gab es ausschließlich die Möglichkeit die Kleidung aufzuhängen. Bei einem Aufenthalt von 5 Tagen benötigt man etwas mehr Ablagemöglichkeit. Das Zimmer im 4 Sterne Bereich war zwar deutlich größer, die Ablagemöglichkeit war nur leicht besser. Die Trockensauna war zu klein und so voll (alle Sitzplätze belegt, eine Person stand noch im Raum), dass wir sie nicht nutzen mochten.

We had a splendid stay. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Exceptionaly clean, very helpful staff. Large, well appointed rooms. Great location. Food in the restaurant was amazing.

A few annoyances, but overall quite a nice place

* Great breakfasts * Nice location, close to a city park and quite close to more "foresty" kind of park on a hill (Bażantarnia). Lots of places for morning jog. Good as a base for sightseeing the region, assuming you have a car. * AC that heated the room properly (it was ~-3 outside during our stay) * Shower that seals properly and doesn't leave water all over the floor. * Kettle for boiling water was not in the room initially but we got one after asking. * The pool, although small, was a nice addition

* The sink-water tap combination in the bathroom was a bit of a disaster - using it normally caused a lot of water to bounce around to the floor and onto everything else. * Lack of bedside table for one person (there was only one, on one side of the double bed)

Breakfast was very good, coffe was quite good. Pool is also ok.

Noise coming from the windows- our room’s window was just above the main entrance, also noice from cars. No air condition, hot in rooms. Rooms are of old style. Paid parking in hotel area.

The pool that was available to guests was nice, and the breakfasts was excellent.

In the first floor of hotel there was wedding that made sleeping in the second floor impossible due to the noise in this case being music and guest made noise. Furthermore when the room was booked there was no disclaimer that there will be wedding at that time and no solutions or comprises were even proposed from the staff.

The food in the evening was good!!!

The parking which I said was important was not possible because they have too many non guests coming in the afternoon for swimming aerobics, the unlimited update which I paid was so I could have unlimited access to the pool but 2 of the 4 days it was not available because of the swimming aerobics so I couldn’t use it. The Breakfast was ok first day but after that it went down hill the second day the waitress tried to give me the dried scrambled egg remains from round the bowl. I told her it was uneatable she looked at me strange and asked what was wrong with it. Third day scrambled egg and bacon looked better but she forgot to put the heater under it on. I told her and she took it away so I was happy and thought I was getting some fresh but no it was put in the microwave and everything was like rubber so no breakfast again. Last day was as bad as the second day so 3 out of 4 days no breakfast. When I come to pay they wanted the parking fee for the 3 days I had to park on the street. I don’t think I will be staying here again !!!
