Nice comfortable room, staff was very helpful.

Location, spacious room, great breakfast, friendly staff…
Bathroom: we had a shower in a Jacuzzi type bath. The bath was slippery and too high to step in and out in a safely manner. No grip, no nothing. Really very dangerous!

location, room colors & decor style
comfortable bed amazing sheets & towels. The complimentary house prepared water was so refreshing ( very stingy with them & attitude when asked for more ???
1st no coffee ☕️ offered complimentary down stairs ! For those who do not like room coffee makers ! We had to pay for , let’s say not a good cup from the dining room and it was cold . Again an attitude !!!!
staff , except Emily , night crew was sketchy and short ?
complementary coffee in the downstairs lounging area should be offered no excuses !!!

Room had a jacuzzi, large size bed. Staff well trained and outgoing, and going beyond expectations. Hotel just minutes from main attractions. Didn’t have breakfast so unable to comment. Have a Michelin starred restaurant on ground floor.
Nothing

I had read that the breakfast was “champion” but was seriously disappointed. We were served by two two young women who waited to be asked for such things as orange juice rather than offering them. The hotel does not indicate outside that is now part of the Best Western chain, and certainly did not seem to be oriented towards American travellers. Neither of young ladies aforementioned ventured a single word in English… I’m English and speak some French but found them quite unhelpful.
As above

Hotel well located, and there is a two Michelin star resto in the building. Staff were very nice and spoke English. The bed was very comfortable.
The property seems to be on the decline. Some of the light switches don’t work, it’s like they don’t use softener on their towels, and the Sauna is only ‘on demand’ which wouldn’t be an issue (warms up fast) but it’s also kind of poorly maintained. The only reason I mention this, is because there are other similarly priced hotels in the city with better sauna facilities.
2.5
It is in an excellent location, the staff were pleasant and helpful, the breakfast was super, and the linen was good quality.
The room was way overpriced, 186 euros, we had the most basic and street side. It seemed tired especially the bathroom. The bath could have been cleaner too. The room had a strange smell, almost chemical which made us both cough. I thought it was a product used on the shag pile carpet, my husband thought it was to mask dampness.
I mentioned it to reception when leaving, and they said we should’ve said something when we arrived. We’d just driven 600 k, and had a restaurant booking. We thought the room just needed airing and left the window open. Quite frankly the rooms should be checked. To be fair to reception we didn’t make a fuss, but one shouldn’t need to do so.

Location
It boasts a Michelin Star restaurant ........... all very good if it's open. It isnt Monday and Tuesday with no alternative to eat after a long journey.
Only ONE red wine offered in the bar. A Volnay at €90 a bottle

Great location, pretty long corridors, good staff. Would recommend.

Great location, Room 347 was a good sized room. comfortable bed and modern shower, with ample hot water and good water pressure. Excellent, helpful staff with good communication.
Didn’t like having to walk up steps to get to the room and not crazy about the shag carpet in the room.
3.5
good breakfast. staff friendly
disappointing not able to eat in the hotel restaurant; one of the reasons behind the choice of hotel.
