Location near the train station.
There’s no lift. I have a 60lbs. luggage that i have to carry

Staff was nice. Location is very nice as well, especially in the spring/summer period, as it is close to a very green area (Coulée Verte). Surronding area is very nice too, and having a walk is enjoyable.
Price is too high with rapport to the offer.

The location was good.
Very dated. Too many stairs to get to my room. Staff did the bare minimum to welcome etc. The room was adequate, but should have been better for the price.
3.4
excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff
worth the stay
nothing

The location near Gare de Lyon was good and there were lots of nice restaurants around. The hotel itself was somewhat shabby but regarding the price it was OK.
3.4
Wonderful rooms, super clean and super quiet. Location is fantastic, very close to Gare de Lyon. Bathroom was very clean. Room was newly renovated. Staff (specially Allyson) are super friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and the fridge was quite bigger than typical hotel fridges which allowed me to store my food. Heat was functioning very well.
Nothing!

Its closeness to Gare de lyon.
The stair climb. It was a struggle dragging a case up them. No shower gel in the shower cubicle. Curtains had seen their day.

Helpful staff, helped to park bikes inside the property. Ok for a low budget stay.
very basic furniture, very narrow and steep stairs.

Bed was ok.
So noisy. And the funny thing is the owner warned me to be quiet. Not only is the road an echo chamber, every type of noise comes past at all times of the day. Their walls are no match. Plus the second night they put some psycho next to me, so, I got it coming and going. Spartan rooms. WiFi didn't work. Remote wasn't there. There was a fridge but they removed when I checked in and never replaced it. But the main thing is the noise. Got zero sleep. And I came off a red eye.
3.4
The location is good and close to Gare de Lyon. The hotel is just 3 minutes from Le marché couvert Beauvau.
There was no dustbin in the room (only sanitary box in bathroom.) There was no paper cup, nor supplementary toilet paper, The room was dark (couldn't see the sky from the window) and no air conditioning.
3.4
This room is located on the 3rd floor. The only way to reach the room is to use a steep, narrow, convoluted stair case. This should have been indicated on the listing. Bringing my bags up and downstairs was difficult, and the staff wasn't helping.

La proximité à la Gare de Lyon et le quartier
The room had no private toilet. The communal toilet had almost no toilet paper. There was no remote control for the TV. There was not even a waste paper basket. Cheap plastic mattress and. pillow. A brutal climb. on a steep narrow stair case to reach the room. No breakfast served.
3.4
Location excellent.
Nothing that could be changed! Because of the market and the area’s popularity, it is often noisy at night. But not so much in the winter, of course, nobody eating outside.

Shower head kept slipping down.
No light above the desk.
Location is great but of course noisy due to the market and late night bars. Not a problem that can easily be solved!
3.4
Very welcoming and helpful staff.
The wifi connection was unstable.

The staff was super friendly, the room was spotless clean and comfy. It was also really quiet during the night and I slept well! Value for the price! The hotel is in the same street as a great fresh produce market (both indoor and outdoor) and plenty of lovely places to choose from to eat out (for any budget and any taste). I felt safe arriving at night in this neighborhood by myself so I can definitely recommend it for solo travellers.
Nothing I can think of!

The landlady was very friendly.
The price was too expensive for the facilities. I was asked to not use the bathroom in the room as there was a leak.
