Great location, good breakfast and friendly staff. Balcony was also nice.
The main parking area is quite cramped, and the additional parking is about 200 meters away. Still a bit overpriced for what you get.

One of the best breakfast we had during our trip to Italy these days, with fresh orange and carrot/apple juices. We liked energetic, friendly and helpful administrator at the breakfast :) (Un caro saluto!) Good location, beautiful view to the mountains from the balcony (we lived on the 2nd floor). Best value for money (but we were in low season in the beginning of June 2023). Wished to stay here more, but we had to go to Milan.
Small parking area in front of hotel, so we hadn't chance to park our car there as long we arrived late every evening. But due to the low-season public parking was free of charge (located 200m downtown near Coop supermarket).

The hotel was exactly on the main street and we had a quiet room on the side of the hotel
We reserved a room at hotel Bellevue and ended up at hotel Dolomites.
We arrived in the front of the hotel Bellevue and it was closed. It was raining like hell and we were on motorbikes. We called the reception and the staff told us that they are waiting for us at hotel Dolomites.
Not sure who's fault is this, but it was very annoying.

After booking it, we were told the hotel is closed and were moved to a comparable one. However, we booked a room for 3, two adults and one child, and got only 2 single beds in the replacement hotel. this made our night very uncomfortable.

We had a fantastic 10 night stay at Hotel Bellevue all the staff made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.
Matteo, Iryna and Giovanni were absolutely outstanding and went out their way to ensure we were well attended to.
We were skiing and the hotel was in an excellent location just a short walk from the end of the home run and you need to walk past it to get back to the main gondola. There were also lots of places within a close distance to go and have some Apres ski if desired.
We were half board and the food was excellent and plenty of it, going by the scales when I got home I probably had far to much of it 😅 especially the deserts and breakfasts

Friendly receptionist, great room with a balcony that was comfy. Wifi connection was good and the breakfast was excellent!
Dinner was quite poor. Very rushed, poor quality food. The schnitzel was so poor we didnt eat it. Several courses arrived at once and they took our soups away before we finished it.
Desserts were not nice. It's wasnt expensive though and that counts for something.
We waited at the bar to be served yet staff around ignored us so we left and went elsewhere.

This review is actually for the Hotel Diamant in Campitello as we were upgraded by the hotel chain. I think Bellevue was closed due to limited demand. The hotel was great. The food was top notch, with a bonus starter every night, before the ordered starter. The menu had four choices per course. The hotel was close to the Rodella cable car.
It would be helpful to have "Do not disturb" signs to hang on the room door. It isn't necessary to clean rooms every day and to get towels.
Nothing to do with the hotel, but the resort was extremely quiet with all but three hotels closed, and few apres ski bars open. I guess this was due to post COVID blues and being the last week of the ski season.

it was close to restaurants and skilift
The staff was very unfriendly. We were supposed to have free parking at the hotel, but at our arrival they told us that the parking was full and we have to park our car in a public parking at about 2km away. It was dark and we couldn’t find the parking so we had to pay for a private one on that night. When we talked about our situation at the reception he didn’t even apologize. Booking offered us an upgrade on our room payed by them, but the hotel didn’t give us that room. The room was very small and most of the time very cold because they didn’t turn the heat up only a few hours at night.

Location OK, you can walk to the lift; in the centre of village, near shops. The food was good and tasty, good selection, enough and you do not stay hungry :-)
The room was small, especialy the bathroom; the shower is 50x50 cm and you need to be an artist, to wash your feet.

Room size, comfort, cleanliness, the state of the furniture, and breakfast was awful, which even paired with a quite rude staff. Would not recommend a stay here at all.

The room was comfortable and clean, stuff was nice. Good location and close to restaurants.
Breakfast is less good, too many people and the tables are not clean enough. Coffee machine with milk powder and not regular milk.
City bell was just outside our room window.

I did not use any facility of the hotel. Only the breakfast, whcih was ok. Coffee not ok.
The position is not in the fll city centre of Canazei but 3-4 minutes walk. Not bad aniway.
Clearly the room I got (221) is probably one of the oldest and less maintained of the Hotel, which they probably use when they get a reservation through Booking.com
Very old furniture, very old parquet, a lot of stains on the walls, very old bathroom without box but just a tent for the water...After a shower the entire bathroom floor is wet. Bathroom also smells bad, because of probaly very old tubing.
In general the hotel is untidy in common areas...

The room was nothing like the pictures, very old carpet with bad smell, no other room to change very disappointing

The only good thing about my stay at this hotel was its location.
Firstly, do not be fooled by the pretty pictures on Booking; not all rooms look like that. Secondly, the walls are so thin that you can hear people talking and snoring. Thirdly, they also manage a restaurant, but disposing (and therefore breaking) glass bottles after 10pm shows a lack of respect towards the guests. Next, the bathroom is so poorly designed that if you want to sit on the toilet, your legs will be in the shower. Lastly, the staff's attitude should be reconsidered. They didn't provide any essential information during the check-in (parking, breakfast hours, wi-fi, check-out, etc.) and they seemed bothered when I asked for that information myself. One morning, I went into the breakfast room, I passed by three employees that didn't bother to say a thing to me, I grabbed a plate and some food, left the plate on a table and went back to grab some coffee. One of those three employees came to me and told me that I couldn't sit there because that was a two-person table and a couple wanted to sit there. I should mention that there were no one-person tables and that he then seated me at a much bigger table. Hostile and unapologetic attitude, senseless move.
