good location, entrance to the city, available parking lot
had issues with heating, the restaurant was almost closed for guests, maintenance and repair service was all over the hotel for hearing malfunction. although dinner could be ordered. main issue i have is that in the morning there was no water. and i was not informed, luckily i carried some with me. really poor reception and no apologies whatsoever.

Safe parking, excellent breakfast, right on the road to Pelister Park. TV stations included some English. Helpful staff. Grocery store next door. Quiet.
Our room had some slight steps that might be a tripping hazard.
