We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights in total as we were stuck due to typhoon (all flights had been cancelled and couldn’t leave Okinawa). It was a crazy storm outside and some hotel staff must have had some concerns of their own home or family, yet they kept it very professional. I was very impressed with their dedication and care for customers.
Given the circumstances, there was absolutely nothing to complain about. They prepared a big waiting room with drinks during the checkin time to accommodate surge of customers who also couldn’t take their flights out of Okinawa. New towels and linens, amenities were provided daily as well (I wonder how the supply chain worked during the typhoon..). All the common area was kept very nice and clean. The hot spring was really healing during the crazy time.

Large room with separate bath and toilet. Clean and amenity was good. Loved Onsen, Really enjoyed.
It was disappointing that outdoor swimming pool was not open during our stay in mid April. my daughter was really looking forward spending time in the pool. We end up spending hours I’m indoor pool on very sunny day.., but at least there was indoor pool option so she was happy
Coin laundry was very expense and very inconvenient to access from the room.
Breakfast was good for Japanese (I enjoyed it) but not great if you don’t like Japanese breakfast, very small choice of bread and some were stale… and strange choice of hot food for breakfast.
Found it strange there was only one switch for room lights and was hard to find the switch. we had to call reception to figure it out.,.

Their spa and onsen facilities are great. Rooms are specious and comfortable, with good amenities, nescafe capsule coffee was nice surprise. Walking distance from Naha shopping/nightlife.

Nothing was great. We had to leave early but it wasn’t a deception : this place is totally overpriced and overrated.
You feel like you re in an abandonned boat. It’s huge, old, smelly, the poils are closed and sad. From our « balcony » we had a « view » on the harbour but the worst : super noisy boat works, digging in the ground, metal and plastic waste. Service is 0/10 - I’m sorry but I can’t find a good thing. Just one : we had to leave early. Thanks Booking for the refund, they sort it out, because the hotel refused.

The location was good and the room was comfortable.
The room was quite far from the breakfast place and entrance. Washing machine was broken, the lady who take care of the public bath’s was not friendly at all. There was a long line to have a breakfast. Parking lot was quite small.

Property is clean but inconvenient from places I wanted to go. Everything was far from this location.
The beds! I got a massage my first night there but it defeated the purpose with the uncomfortable beds.

It took the staff 10 minutes to find me a bottle opener ( to open a bottle of beer ) !!

Absolutely beautiful and elegant hotel! Simply a luxury worth enjoying.
Was not happy about my husband and I unable to go into the hot spring or the pool due to our tattoos. I was able to go in with a jacket. It should be an exception if American because we would have loved to enjoy this location longer.
