Mon séjour n'était pas bien. D'ailleurs j'ai déménagé alors que mon séjour reste 5 jours ,

Ce hôtel n'a pas de restaurant ni rien à manger tout le monde mange dehors, ce n'est que dortoir que le salle de bain à des moustiques volant, baignoire non propre .

Pathetic and poor service service level 0 early morning I called to the receptionist her name was joy I asked her if I can get lighter she said she will check and come back to me after 15 min I called her back she was like we are checking if we have lighter again after 15 min I called was so rude To me and she dropped the line on my face and to clarify I am usual customer I use to come to this hotel 2 to 3 time a week this was the worst experience that I had and this will be last and I don’t advice anyone to visit this hotel

Location

The room smelled like cigarettes even after I asked for a non smoking room. The wifi did not work. I was promised it will be fixed on the same day, but it did not work even a day later which forced me to check out and go to another hotel with wifi. Not recommended

Neat and clean

Ac not working, no hot water to take bath in morning and no iron box as well. When i noticed to that the staff is saying it's happening all the room as well like that.. If they faceing issue they supposed to be resolve it not to say instead of it's happening to other room as well...

One of the hotel managers there hit my car at the hotel's parking with his car, and then hid it for 2 days till I noticed and asked to show me the camera recordings, then it was revealed who did it.

stuff was friendly and good parking

cleaning not good, carpet smells bad, toilet not clean and no hot water in the shower you have to wait the duty mechanic to come and fixed happened in many rooms

Hostel rooms are okay

Inside the room, when i tried to use kettle there is old water is still there. So disgusting.. I was having fever, with the help of my wife as she washed even though i could not stop vomiting... Very bad experience.. Hotel, staff, room, washroom everything is okay except this issue

Guys! With a room service like that you are out of businees really soon

Location is good. Close to the metro station.

Room service is *awful*. They just do not come. Asked sevral times at reception to clean up the room. It does not help. The only way is to grab the housekeeping guys when they are in the hallway in front of your room. Tell them to take out thrash and give you fresh towels.
