Que no limpian las habitaciones, el desayuno buffet tenía muy mal aspecto, me cobraron 150 dólares más de lo que había costado en la app, prometieron hacer un reembolso y no lo han hecho

We had a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff were really pleasant and having a restaurant at the hotel was great

The bed was comfortable. The room was a nice size. Instant hot water for sink and shower. Breakfast was good. Sound proof walls.

Well worth it.

It was quiet and the food at the restaurant was great like always.

Breakfast wasn’t early enough for me to eat and get to location.

No heat, over flow toilet, and no upgrades or discounts for your problems

I like how big laundry facilities were and the gym was nice

First room my heater didn’t work, didnt know until you wake up freezing. Got switched to another room and that one in middle of night the toilet started overflowing all over. Didn’t get no discount or upgraded room. Horrible weekend by far and really not sure about staying here again if they do t try to make things right.

Food especially the shrimp Alfredo 🍤 it was better then olive garden 😋 Highly recommend the Steven's inn.

The bed was hard and the pillows where so awful, would wake up with sore neck and headache from the pillow, recommend to bring your own

Not what I expected.

Staff was friendly.

The room had a knock you down musty smell, almost like it had been a smoking room in the past and they tried to cover it up with a coat of paint on the walls. The location is on a major thoroughfare through town so there is freeway noise all night. There was also a dripping or tapping noise in the ceiling/wall that started when we began taking showers and went all night long. In general the facilities are run down and aged.

The only good thing I have to say about this stay is the employees were kind and considerate.

Sleeping in this bed was genuinely like sleeping between sand paper. The sheets were super scratchy and the piling was so bad. I woke up with hives all over my skin.

Room was comfortable, staff was welcoming. Lunch at the restaurant was very tasty with a great salad bar. Evening drinks at the Cactus were good and the bartender was very nice.

Need a microwave in the breakfast buffet area.

Excellent customer service, showers need to be fixed.

The customer service was excellent. I didn’t get hot water in my room so they gave me the keys to a different room and let me use the shower there. They were very courteous and understanding.. really a model for customer service. I appreciated it very much.

The shower was broken in both rooms I got. One didn’t have hot water and the other didn’t have cold water😂 I think they need to fix it.

the staff was not properly trained about service dogs (I don’t mean emotional support animals) so that was a negative

We drove there to see Carlsbad Caverns but your hotel chosen by my daughter was amazing.

Breakfast was awesome! Our room was far bigger than I imagined (handicap). Check in and out was easy.

The sliding glass door at the back of the unit does not slide.... It was very difficult to open.
