Everything - it was perfect. The tropical location, the amenities, the food, the plunge pool in our room, the beach, the architecture, and most of all the staff, everyone was was friendly and helpful and they made our stay so memorable. Out of everywhere I have ever traveled, and stayed, the Ritz in Dorado is by far my favorite, and I cannot wait to return one day! We loved it.

Everything was great except reservations at Coa were not available and breakfast took forever.
Apparently there were not enough employees at Coa and we were not aware before we got there.

An absolutely beautiful hotel set in an old coconut plantation. Large room - large bathroom - room was attended to twice per day - we got the ice bucket refilled, fresh water etc.
Staff around the beach and pool were very friendly. Service and pick up service, check in - every part of the experience was great - attention to detail.
The only thing that you need to be aware of is that the rooms face the ocean and that the waves can be loud from time to time.

They somehow have made an amazing stay even better. More attention to detail. More love from the staff. we got engaged and our ambassador Noel went on and beyond to make our stay special. This was my 3rd stay and will stay forever.
Coconut rice at COA was old and stale.

When we reserved our room, the hotel charged our credit card. Upon check out, we had an early flight so our final bill was sent via text from our “Butler”. I saw we were not given credit for the substantial amount the hotel already charged to our card weeks before. Thus, we were overcharged $3200. I texted, emailed, called the hotel, emailed the manager to no avail. I have received no response to any of my emails. Now I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Very stressful & unnecessary.

The beach and pool
Everything was excellent . But we reserved with time Coa Rest for dinner several days ago. Actually the day we arrived we asked our ambassador for either Coa or Paraíso for dinner but we never received feedback from her. The question is if we need to be tourists in order to have access to Coa or Paraíso for dinner instead of assigned us Encanto .without choosing it We are locals which support our local tourism . Those tourists may never come back . Please think about it!!!! For that reason IF we come back again , we will no waist out time doing reservations that will never be granted .
