Good basic accommodation

The room was cool, comfortable and clean.

We had hoped for the famous and well-promoted breakfast...only to discover that the kitchen was closed. It didn't matter but considering the photos on website, tripadvisor, etc...

Will stay again

Lovely room with very comfy beds and good shower. Good aircon and enough blankets on bed. Takeaway coffee cups in room was super cool I thought.

Pleasant, good restaurant if a little overpriced and good location.

Again I supplied my own breakfast. The location was great and the room was ok.

What I booked and what I got were 2 different things. What is on their website was not what i ended up with. Their website said kitchenette,and bar. The room I had was nice but neither of these things were there. In fact there was no crockery or cutlery supplied nor glasses. The fact I was camping in other places meant I was able to supply these items. I did find later you could ask for this items but its not a good policy, Other places I stayed in over the course of the trip supplied these items.

Friendly staff, and was greeted with some snacks, which was a nice touch. Plenty of room and quiet place to stay, close to amenities.

Diamond in the rough

This place is a little diamond in the rough. It's all the small extras that made our stay so comfortable. Started with the friendly welcome, complimentary cheese/cracker board on arrival, well stocked coffee station with delicious cookies, silky soft sheets on the bed and aromatic bathroom products. Wish our stay had been for longer. Location is brilliant, walk into town for dinner or use the motels restaurant. Thank you, you are doing a fabulous job!

Fantastic stay. Would stay here again.

Everything was great. The people working there went out of their way to help. Great dinners, great breakfasts. A huge thanks to the chef who cooked the best meals, even better than some high end restaurants. Dining area was very bright and cheerful and so were the people. Can't fault this place.

The only thing I would say is that it is a bit of a walk to town but is still reasonable.

Exceptional

Lovely place to stay, near centre of town. Parking almost at door. Large room, desk, table, toaster microwave etc, bonus condiments and a welcome cheese platter. Super friendly staff and dinner was reasonably priced and tasty. Overall a good motel experience

Great place to stay in the Isa!

It's always clean, comfortable and the guys who run it are so friendly and awesome! Everytime we come to my Isa we stay there and will continue to do so. I also live there is the restaurant and Cafe there too!

This time we twice had people from outside of the motel come around looking in our window and going through all the outside bins and ashtrays. The price is a little expensive but it is a mining town.

Best motel during our trip, food/service excellent and staff VERY helpful in many ways.

The size of the room, the shower, the VERY comfortable bed

TV was too complicated to get going and find programs (no instructions)

Exceeded my expectations

Friendly staff and given a cheese and cracker platter on checking in, so nice after a 10 hour drive. Room was immaculate and bed was so comfortable. There is a restaurant there, I took advantage of the room service option where I could also buy alcohol to save me from going out anywhere. Food was beautiful. Thank you very much for this experience.
