About this apartment rental

Very nice apartment on the ground floor of a charming village house. Kitchen dining room overlooking a south facing garden. Close to the lake. Three other accommodations are available in the residence (Chalet Contemporain, Le Studio and L'Etage)

Housing
Like the contemporary chalet and the studio, this apartment completes the unique accommodation offer of our residence.
We put all our know-how in selecting noble and quality materials. The decor is signed Michel Bouard with unique and custom furniture.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Quality bedding: a 160x200 bed in one bedroom and a single sofa bed. Bed linen provided.
Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a gas hob and a full quality cookware set. Raclette machines, electric barbecue. Tea towels, sponges, household products provided.
The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a sink and a toilet. Towels are not provided. The apartment is heated.
WIFI internet access, flat screen TV, HiFi system / mp3 player.
Terrace and patio equipped with table, chairs, awning.
A private parking space to park your car.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location très agréable avec son petit jardinet privé et bien aménagé. Emplacement très appréciable pour garer la voiture. Magnifique appartement, vraiment rénové avec beaucoup de gout par les propriétaires eux mème. Une inspiration pour nous qui rénovons aussi notre maison nous mème en ce moment. L'appartement est très agréable, bien placé et le village est superbe aussi. Nous conseillons la boulangerie que les propriétaires nous avais recommandé a deux pas et qui est excellente. merci :-)

Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié la proximité des pistes cyclables et visité en toute liberté Annecy et ses environs que nous ne connaissions pas. Vivement l’extension de ces pistes à l’ensemble du pourtour du lac car la circulation automobile y est très dense. Ne pas avoir à prendre sa voiture à été très agréable. De plus, Le temps particulièrement ensoleillé, fin octobre nous a permis de faire de belles balades en montagne et de goûter d’ excellentes spécialités fromagères aux terrasses des restaurants d’altitude. Un bel intermède, sur la route des vacances, trop court, mais nous reviendrons.

Celine's apartment is beautiful and has everything you would need for a stay away from home. Celine and Valerie were incredibly welcoming and gave us some brilliant suggestions of places to go/things to see/where to eat. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. The BBQ was a wonderful bonus that we enjoyed in the great weather!

This is the second time we stayed at this wonderful place - and a third time will come! This charming land house have won our hearts. Location is a bit away from the lake but only a couple of km - few minutes on a bike. This makes the location calm and relaxed which is something we look for when on holiday. In our eyes a perfect spot. All communication with the owner from we booked last winter to arrival and through the stay have been very smooth We will come back! Best regards Ruth & Jens

It was nice to sit in the garden with the barbeque and the roll down awning provided much welcome shade.We met Celine and her husband who are charming, welcoming and very friendly.

This is a little gem of an apartment

We loved staying in Celine's apartment. It is such a clever little space, and has great character and charm. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. It's not really walking distance to any restaurants (that we discovered anyway) but the space is so lovely we were happy to "eat in" both nights of our stay. We arrived on a Sunday and found that very few things in the area were open other than boulangeries, so perhaps get your supplies before you arrive so you can settle in and enjoy your stay straight away. Thanks to some great local advice from Celine we drove 75 min to Courcheval and had an incredible day skiing. Overall, Lathuile has been our favourite accommodation so far. Thanks Celine for your hospitality.

This apartment is a real gem. It is in a quiet village about 10 minutes from the shores of Lake Annecy. The interior is stylish, featuring stone timber and unique metal detailing. The owner Celine greeted us with a bottle of excellent local wine. The apartment comprises: a dining kitchen which is very well equipped including compact dishwasher and washing machine. Living room wiith sofa and large tv, with an alcove double bed. The bed is a little awkward to use being in an alcove with no space either side. Storage is also at a premium in the small space available, but neither caused us a problem. Compact ensuite shower room. As it is on the ground floor, there is a nice semi private sitting out area with a view of the mountain.

Perfect, this word says all about this lovely apartment. We stayed there for two weeks from mid July 2016. The apartment was recently totally renovated in a cosy and authentic style, a style we totally fell in love with. It is fully equipped even with dishwasher and a washing machine. Located in a small village app 16km from Annecy and app 500 meter from the lake. Location is excellent for biking with only 300 meter to the bike road going arou the lake. Communication with owner before arrival worked well in English and when arriving we got a warm welcome. We can only give the best recommendations for this apartment. We have already decided that we will come back to this nice apartment and fantastic place in France Ruth & Jens
