Wohlfühlfaktor

Sehr ruhige und angenehme Atmosphäre. Frühstück war sehr gutes und frisches Angebot mit selbst gebackene Dinkelbrot und Gebäck.

A nice place to stay.

Nice rural area. A short drive to nearby towns. Room was comfortable and clean. Gods breakfast.

Comfortable good location

Well thought out. Good layout of apartment. Reception very helpful. Would have liked washing machine and additional toilet and shower facilities for 4 people. The noise from the road can be a problem but you cancel the noise out. It was not a problem for us. Comfortable apartment.

For most people this may be a suitable stay, but for us it was not the case.

Breakfast was in general good. Would have preferred more selection of breads.

If you have limited mobility then the stairs are challenging if you are located on the 1st or 2nd floor. The property is right on the street and therefore can be very noisy at times. If you stay in a room with a slanting ceiling, there is a tendency to hit your head on the ceiling. The TV reception sometimes fades out.

Unexpected treasure and an awesome time!

The gardens were wonderful, and the animals. the owners superb with my son who spent ages exploring the property. My son met all the animals and was allowed to feed them. loved the trampoline and rope swing too!

The goats outside. , Room was fair, nothing special .

I was traveling and booked the room, when I arrived, the reception was inside a store, someone else had to give me access, They notified me by an email access codes. It very difficult for any travelers to receive an email with codes, Nobody was there when I checked out, so now I am having difficulty paying the invoice. The email they gave me does work. This is a very unfriendly and not a way to welcome guests to your hotel. The breakfast was minimal with staff again not accommodating. Not a friendly environment.

The fact that I paid more - since booking com included in the price the 39 EUR cleaning fee per stay and the 2 EUR city tax per person - which I had to pay extra because the owner said they were not included! This was a very unpleasant surprise! I have travelled very often using booking.com and I trusted you! Furthermore, I have been trying to get in touch with sb from booking.com for 10 days and it's absolutely impossible! I cannot change the email address from my account (which is no longer valid) and the app I downloaded doesn't work - I was unable to book a hotel which I needed for next week! Basically, I liked the
