Turn off the fridge if not using it, and ask for parking fee in advance.

Very noisy in the room, not sure if it was the fridge or the AC... Also there was a charge for parking!

A DISAPPOINTMENT

BREAKFAST GOOD, LOCATION GOOD TO WHERE I HAD TO TRAVEL TO.

STAYED AT HOLIDAY INN BEFORE AND WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE 2 BEDS ONLY ONE. NO TV CHANNEL GUIDE OR ANY INFO FOR AREA. KEY CARD WOULD NOT WORK AT SIDE DOOR. ROOM WAS RIGHT UP ON THAT SIDE. HAD TO WALK ALL THE WAY AROUND THE HOTEL TO GET TO OUR ROOM. MY MOM IS 92 AND WALKS WITH A CANE. VERY INCONVEIENT FOR HER.

at the different holiday inn’s we have stayed at we really have never been too disappointed in our stay or we wouldn’t k

we always stay at Holiday Inn’s because of price. property was well taken care of. rooms were spacious and clean.

eggs and sausage were too cold and kcup coffee maker in room did not work at all. hallway in front of elevators is waaaay too narrow for guest to exit and enter the elevators at the same time.

We were celebrating a family wedding. We all enjoyed the hotel.

Not worth the money spent on the room

For the price we did not get two double beds as stated when I purchase. The tv in the room had lines going down it when you watch it and was hard to watch anything

upon arriving, toilet was broke. this should have been spotted by the room cleaners and reported before giving out the room.

Very good

I was in town for a conference at the Wellington conference center and this was close and cheaper than the hotel that was selected by the organization, even with the group discount.

The food was ok. And there needs to be more signage telling where the ice machines are.

It was pleasant other than the bed situation.

The breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly.

The bed was so hard and uncomfortable. I woke up both days with so much back pain that I was unable to do a lot of things I had planned.

The hotel was nice.

There was a very strong gas smell in the hotel, especially near our room. I informed the staff. I don't know if anything was done. The shower was a lot smaller than I'm used to having.

it was “okay”.

the location was great that’s about it

we were only given 2 towels, went to the pool and there were no towels down there. went to the front desk to get more and she said they were out of clean towels ??? how does a hotel that has a pool especially out of towels ?? the coffee maker In the room had crusty stuff all inside of it , the toilet paper holder was broken . No hot tub. The main elevator was broken and we were in the second floor which wasn’t too big of an issue but I can’t imagine if I were to have been any higher up . Kind of a ran down hotel for fishers .

worst holiday Inn I’ve ever been in.

near the meeting place.

dirty sheets (asked to get changed and all they did was make the bed) sticky and water damaged floors. hair in clean towels. pull out bed couch was disgusting, it’s like someone died on it and they didn’t want to throw away mattress. dirty carpet.

Worst ever!

I guess location

Worst night ever! Sofa bed had someone’s left dinner on it! The bed was the worst shape ever! Was shaped like a taco shell we fell in the middle! The floors felt like they haven’t been cleaned in months. To top it off some kind of construction or new flooring was being laid all night above us!

Wont stay there or any Holiday Inn express again,

LOCATION is next to wallmart - THATS IT. Being a tour operator for years for the Middle East,Europe and South East Asian countries this by far was a horrible experience.Even 2 star hotels in third world countries are better,

LACK of employees to help out no diversity in breakfast options not everyone eats PORK upon requesting if I can get an omelette made for me they said they dont do that we have to eat what is there. mold in rooms stained bedsheets Shower heat setting wasnt as good.
