The shower smells made me disappointed.

Location is 10/10. Breakfast is fine.

Room looks old, air conditioning is dirty and not proper in place. The AC was placed next to bed which means next to your ears. Walls are visibly dirty. Underneath the bed was so dusty. Shower holder was broken. You need to hold it all the time while showering. Toilet smells were so bad and I think the smell came from underneath the shower drainage.

Compared to other hotels we stayed in Gensan for 1 month this hotel is the most expensive but below

Breakfast was unlike other hotels with choices of salads, soup, main course, fruits and eggs as well as coffee and hot chocolate. The room needs repairs and painting. The glued shower head fell on the floor. Some of the paint peeled off. The chair in the room was very wobbly so somebody could fall easily. They didn't clean the room unless you asked them. There was the kettle but they only provided sugar. No coffee or tea for the 3 nights we stayed there. Overall they are lacking maintenance and don't seem to care about the customer service. We paid for 4 people with breakfast but the hotel said their policy is that breakfast is only for 2 people. We had to show the receipt to prove we paid for 4 breakfasts.

what i didn't like is when you will stay on 5th floor, you can't use the elevator to ground floor. The AC is a bit noisy specially at night. The bathroom towels not ready upon checked in and I have to wait for till past 6pm.

Nice stay at the heart of Metro Gensan

The rooms are pleasant. The staff are easy to converse with. Everything is provided with ease.

There are insects inside the room, they gave you wifi connection but in reality no connection, no television signal, you can not order other food kitchen chef is not available, they serve the food with no cover at all, my room is using yellow lights, slow water output, clog in the drainage, dusty sofa and chair, hair dyer is not working, kettle is very dirty, dirty toilet bowl

The hotel is very old. Damp smell. Room has mould, discoloration. Air conditioner was loud and would break. The whole place was old and corridor smelled of a damp dog. The outside smelled like feces. I would not recommend it for the price I paid.

Internet speed was fast. Staff was nice and friendly. Bed was so soft and comfortable

The toilet drain was clogged. aircon is not enough to cool the size of the room. No slippers, limited tissue, lysol was too strong when entering the room.

Disappointing

They had an event at the rooftop with loud musics and you will hear it to the entire hotel. We were annoyed because we couldn’t sleep. Hotels supposed to give calm and comfort to the costumer, apparently they didn’t think through that. They compensate for the discomfort that they gave us with free accommodation in the future which is great. But will never go there anymore.

I will never come back to this hotel. I got electric shocked with their bar fridge. Very unsafe room

I don't like the lightings of room really poor. TV are not good reception, bar fridge isn't getting cold. Aircon is noisy.
