The on-site laundry facilities are shared / coin-operated, not in the unit.
The kitchen is better equipped than expected, with plenty of pots, pans, tools, etc.
There isn't very much storage / closet space, so we didn't have anywhere to put suitcases after unpacking, for example, so they lived on the bedroom floor, making pathways for bed access very narrow.
There was definitely an ant problem during our stay. We bought and put out ant baits, but that only partially helped.

Stayed for a month and had everything we needed.

The property was very clean - no smells!. that is a huge deal with me. The location was not great. It is a first floor home, with the windows opening onto a busy street and bedroom windows opening up at an active driveway. It was a very hot July so windows needed to be opened to sleep. I did not feel comfortable doing so with so much traffic (foot and car) just outside. I would not recommend it for a single female. I was with my husband so felt more secure. Also no air conditioning. They do provide fans, but not adequate for the hot summer nights.

Great location and Convenient to lots of places. The decor was very lovely as well. Even though it’s on the edge of downtown, it was still very quiet at night. I highly recommend staying here!
