Gerne wieder - waren sehr zufrieden! 😊

Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet, sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Unkomplizierter Check-in, Zentrumsnah und sogar Parkplätze an der Unterkunft. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns ein späterer Check out ermöglicht.

Relax nel cuore di Salisburgo!

Posizione centrale, ben collegato e tranquillo. La struttura è nuova e organizzata come un residence ed è tutto automatico, vi è anche una lounge dove potersi rilassare, con cucina frigo e macchinette per snack vari

Für 2-3 Nächte gut

Das Zimmer war für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend und gut ausgestattet mit Föhn und Smart-TV. Auch ein Ventilator ist vorhanden. Es gab kostenlosen Tee und Kaffee.

Es hätte sauberer sein können. Leider waren noch einige Haare vom Vorgänger an der Bettwäsche.

Hotel foarte bun la un pret fara concurenta

Un hotel foarte curat, mobiler nou, la 10-12 minute de mers pe jos de centru. Hotelul nu are receptie, accesul se face cu un cod pe care il primesti pe telefon. Foarte simplu si usor de utilizat, explicatii primite de la personal concise si utile. Parcare este intr-o curte interioara, cu locuri suficiente. Desi nu are facilitati de mic dejun, ai gratuit cafea si expresor in camera, dar si o selectie de snacks-uri in lounge. Este evident ca pretul mic al cazarii (noi am platit 57 de euro pe camera !!! ) - este ca o consecinta a reducerii unor costuri, printre care lipsa receptiei si a micului dejun.

sehr geräumige Zimmer, mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Einchecken problemlos und wirklich sehr häufig von Seiten des Vermieters nachgefragt ob alles passt.

nettes Ambiente

tolle Lage, unkompliziertes Check In und auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr toll. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und auch der Loungebereich ausreichend. Parkplatz im Innenhof und gut zugänglich.

wir hatten leider keinen eigenen Außenbereich und auch vor der Lounge war kein Sitzbereich außen, beim Automaten war nur Kartenzahlung möglich

It was strange that there was no one at reception. The given key code did not work. We needed the assistance of a guest to get our key. Could have done without the hassle after a long day travelling

Great location. Good value for money. Easy to find and to access room.

Local tax added later. Expect when booking on booking.com to pay everything. Check out 10am, but staff knocked on door 9.40am. Shouldn't knock until 10am. The light on wall sticks out and as beds narrow kept knocking it during the night.

The location is very near the centrum. The room is very clean and new.

The bed was AMAZING! So comfortable!!

Our bathroom door was frosted glass which meant that you couldn’t use it in the night/ early morning without waking up the other person!

Great location to explore Salzburg.

The location is great and the room wasn't bad either. You don't see any staff people, but they responded well by text or WhatsApp.

Please know that the parking spaces are extremely tight and it is super hard to get in and out the parking lot.

No frills budget hotel Salzburg

Good location. WIFI worked well. No issues with the room. Overall I like the hotel.

Check-in is a bit confusing. You never interact with staff. As far as I know there is none except for the cleaners. Check-out was also confusing. I had to leave cash in an envelope in my room for the city tax.

Disappointing

LOcation was ok ans Salzburg is a beautyfull city!

We couldnt have a shower because there was only cold water. In contact the reception but the couldnt fix it on time, So we have to check out and after that they told me that it was fixed. They didnt compensate anything.

I liked the self check in, and the facilities that were available. Room was clean.

Room was tiny, and so so hot. We had the fan going constantly but it was almost too hot to breathe. Also the shower water came out of the shower and there was nowhere to hang up wet towels.

The location is really great, only a 10 minute walk from the city. The rooms are also quite modern and very clean, which was nice. We also appreciated the ability to self-check in though the process wasn't as smooth as expected.

Check-in was a bit confusing as we weren't given a parking card to place in our car and we were told to park in one spot, but the screen during check-in noted another spot (so we had to call and sort that out). Additionally, as others have mentioned, basement room was very warm during summer, though they did provide a fan which gave some relief. Additionally, the bathroom sliding door didn't function well when we first arrived and had to have it fixed during our first day. I think given the price, you don't quite get enough value for money. At least include parking as part of the stay and don't charge extra for it.
