good location and clean but many maintenance issues reported but nothing done.

location was excellent. everything was very clean

there was an extremely loud whistling sound coming from the main toilet. sounded like a non-stop loud boiling kettle 24/7. did not stop. reported it to property twice and nothing was done. couldn’t sleep for 3 nights because it didn’t stop. you could hear the noise from outside the closed front door. aircon didn’t work fan in second room swings very hard so isn’t installed properly, couldn’t be used because the swinging made it very loud. I also got notification that my booking was not paid for even though it was paid to booking.com quite a few things reported during this stay that ruined the trip unfortunately

Great weekend overall.

Great location. Had brekkie at Zenith and it was good.

The vacuum cleaner was useless. Couldn't work out the milk for the coffee machine.

Location and townhouse lay out was great. Beds comfy and all you could want to make for a comfortable stay.

On arrival the house was not cleaned. There was dog fur from previous occupants on every surface. A quick vacuum and mop would have been expected but had not been done.

The house was very clean with good utilities.

Would have preferred to have just been provided the number for the key door lock. It was hassle to go into the center and pay for parking whist getting the keys and also dropping them off.

Good location

The house was not as clean as it should have been. Tables were scratched. Carpets were stained. Plants in pots tipped over in back yard and did not replaced in position. Garage floor Was covered in leaves.

Comfortable, great location with everything we needed. Loved being there!

We enjoyed being in Messines St, far enough away from traffic but close enough to walk to most amenities. We love Shoal Bay and found staying here with our now older pooch was perfect. The accommodation had more than enough, clean towels for 8days and the kitchen had everything required. If we didn't have work to come back to , we would have loved to have stayed. :)

We loved everything. We would love to own a place like this there in Shoal Bay. It's our favourite. :)

Nice location, but not very clean

The property was very well located, just a block from the shoal beach.

The property could have been better cleaned, the floor was dirty - which looked like just a superficial clean had been done - also, one of the kitchen bins was not empty upon our arrival. I would say overall was good, but I would say that in terms of cleaning it could be improved as the property looks great and comfy.
