A tranquil and cool refuge in a hot and hectic (and magical) city

The room was really big, with our own rooftop terrace overlooking the pool. The air conditioning worked superbly and having the cool retreat of our hotel room made our holiday in Naples really enjoyable because we could find refuge from the 36 degrees temperature on the street. The swimming pool was great, really big and not too busy if we went swimming early or later in the day. The staff we so friendly and very happy to help with any questions about sightseeing, transport, local places to eat, etc. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing us easy and quick access to all the main sights.

The wifi connection was unreliable and when it was available it was very slow.

This is like a leisure centre with hotel rooms! Perfect for fitness minded guests.

The pool and gym were excellent. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was cleaned everyday. The whole hotel was very clean.

Wider choice of breakfast selection would have been preferred.

Very nice experience of central Napoli...

As a city Napoli are captivating. The location of the hotel are perfect for walks and experience. No probs. moving around and though a "difficult to access parking"; all works problem-free if your gps are working properly. This is a modern high standard hotel, with lots of treats (pool,spa etc). A sence of luxary. We had a large balcony/terrace and a nice conseptual view of the city. A clear sence of presence. Staff are spotless, and general function without argument. highly rekommended

Basically nothing, but maybe pool opening hours? and perhaps a more than usual exciting access to the car park?

Fantastic hospitality, perfect location.

The staff were outstanding, if I could rate them higher I would (especially Claudio!!). The location was perfect, and the gym was great!

Perfect stay in Naples

Location was excellent, right in the historical centre of Naples with comfortable walking distance to port and Spanish quarters. Room and bed was super comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful - so many great tips. Proper cappuccino for breakfast!

A quite place near the epicenter of the night life in Neapel

The stuff on the reception, the lokation, the hotel is in the center of the old city and it was so quiet.

Good location, in the historical part of the city. Decent walking distance to many of the attractions or to the Metro station. Location is renovated, very high tech (elevator access to the floors coded, room is coded so no key needed). Reception personnel very nice and helpful. Great swimming pool.

Our room was rather small. Breakfast location is small and options are limited; if you get there after 08:30 you won't be able to find something else than bread and some cakes. Sometimes the person that is supervising the area may notice the shortage and supplement with few (meaning few) slices of bacon.. See pictures; it was 09:30 Sunday morning while the breakfast is available until 10:30. Changing the towels more often and changing them with new ones would be highly recommended.

Excellent hotel. Driving is a challenge

The property itself was comfortable and amazing. The staff was OUTSTANDING! I would highly recommend.

When one stays in the Old City of Naples, one must contend with “streets” made for Vespas and dog walks. That made our arrival a bit challenging, BUT I would not trade that for the warm and helpful welcome and wonderful accommodations . Please just realize that the Old City is not made for other than Vespas and very small cars.

ECUMANO SPACE IS A GOOD CHOICE IF YOU WANT TO STAY IN THE CENTER OF OLD TOWN.IT IS LOCATED IN A SMALL QUITE ROAD NEAR TO EXCELLENT RESTAURANTS AND PIZZARIAS.WE FEEL SAFE AND SECURE BECAUSE OF THE 24 HOURS RECEPTION AND THE ROOM LOCKING SYSTEM.THE PEOPLE WHERE FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO GIVE US INFORMATION A

we enjoyed the pool and diving board. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were really nice and helpful. (Coralie aged 9) The location is great in, the Centro Storico.
