Great location and really friendly staff. The room isn’t large, but there are a lot of places for bags and your belongings.
It was a little bit noisy two times a week cause of road renovation works near the hotel. But we could sleep well.

The bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful, though they were only online. I never saw a staff member on the property. Easy taxi to the airport!
The location was a bit undesired. Lots of street and traffic noise. The neighbors were a bit unusual. There was a naked man that would stand at his window on the other side of the street right across from our room. We saw him at least 5 times.. Making our window and balcony unusable. Haha!

Location, design of the rooms, super easy check in and check out (pass codes)
Nothing certain, the stay is a good value for money

Extremely noisy

Appreciated that the hotel let us to check out at 11:30 am.
The bed is comfortable.
The room is very dusty, like on the desk , the curtain, the cabinets. The room was full of cigarette smell. There is no lift in the hotel.
No water , no facial tissue provided.
Kettle is in the pantry , but not in your room.
You can hear the street noises clearly.

Bed was comfortable, room was pretty clean, easy access and check in, nice hot water and water pressure in the shower.
The location is on one of the busiest and noisiest streets in Tel Aviv. The balcony door did not close completely so the noise was terrible all night. The room is extremely small (definitely not the size promised). The key to the room is a code, the same code used to get into the lobby of the hotel which is definitely unsafe. I would not have stayed there on my own.

A perfectly good choice for an overnight stopover in Tel Aviv. The checkin and reception are remote, but thanks to the instructions sent by Whatsapp everything was easy. Very small room but with a comfortable bed and nice shower. If you have a car, parking is easiest a couple of blocks away at 10 Levontin Street, though it is not cheap. The roof terrace looked nice but I arrived in the evening and left before sunrise so unfortunately couldn't enjoy it.

Convenient and well situated

Comfy bed. It was clean and maintained well during our stay. Rooftop view is nice to chill out and during non rush hour months you can grab the roof terrace all for yourself. It is super close to basically most places you'll wanna go and just about 25 minute taxi ride to the airport
It wasn't a problem for us and we slept great - but it is close to the road, so those very sensitive to sounds or very light sleepers could have an issue.

Excellent manager always helpful 5star service thank you!

Helpful staff, maps and water are available for free. We requested a room change which was swiftly provided. For Tel Aviv standards good value for money. The area is a bit run down, but with lots of shops, bakeries and other eateries. Walking distance to bus terminal and train station. Communication per WhatsApp with the host working really well.

I arrived in the early morning and was able to check in to the room. Very accommodating managers. The location is great. Levinsky market around the corner with lots of fun options for food/drinks, walking distance to Florentin, Jaffa and other areas. Very easy to reach by high speed train from the airport - just 9 mins and 9 NIS for the ticket, then a 17 mins walk to the hotel.
The area is a bit noisy with constant traffic.

Room was booked weeks in advance, only communication via email was that we could not check in prior to 3pm. Ok, so day of travel, late flight, arrived near midnight to find hotel locked up and no access, no staff, no way to check in. Later found out that 'codes' had been sent via email on our day of travel while we were already in the air, was unable to receive. A helpful late-returning guest was the only way we did not spend the night on the street. Even the next morning, no staff ever appeared, no help with booking a return to the airport.

Location, balcony
Thankfully we only stayed for one night as we needed something last minute and found a decent deal.It was extremely noisy as located in main road and also they were using drills for building works since 7am. If you want to be able to get some sleep I would probably recommend to stay in another hotel in Tel Aviv.
7.0 / 10.0
Bed comfortable
Shower, water pressure
Location
Mini desk/chair for laptop working
Street and neighbors noise comes through quite loud - had to sleep with earplugs.
Communication before arrival was kind of spotty / Booking messaging vs whatsapp was redundant.
