Very nice peaceful stay close to everything I needed .

I like that the hotel was clean , the breakfast included was amazing and delicious, the staff was very helpful.

The only gripe was the key card kept failing and I had to go back to get a new card , not really an issue but it was annoying having to go back down and get a new card once you couldn’t enter the room.

Great Facilities. Good food.

Opportunities on room 505 clean up. The team missed to perform room cleaning. The front desk staff performed the cleaning late night. Lucy, front desk staff, did not see me during check uo. Never did an eyes contact. I did not liked it. Problems to perform check in on line. Tw times intent. Once, finally I did the check in on-line, Lucy requested do it again at the from desk when arriving. I waste my time.

Habitación sucia, descuidada, las sábanas parecían haber sido usadas y no cambiadas

La ubicación es excelente y el personal muy amable

Huuuuyyyy . Llegue a las 13:00 hrs me dijeron que el check in era hasta las 15:00, lo entendí perfecto, comí en el restaurante y a las 15:15 todavía no tenían la habitación . Llegue a la habitación y las almohadas estaban arrugadas, como si hubieran dejado las mismas fundas que utilizó el huésped anterior, las sabanas lo mismo; la puerta de entrada se descompuso y no podía entrar a mi habitación más tarde, no sé cuánto tenga el hotel pero parecía al menos mi habitación muy viejo y descuidado, sábanas y cortinas muy deterioradas. Tal vez sea las habitaciones que ofrecen por Booking, no se si reservas directo en el hotel otros pisos estén diferentes. En un cuarto cerca del elevador que por cierto tienen con la luz prendida tenían como cosas aventadas, una caja de TV, una sábana tapando algo 😶

Buena experiencia, desayuno delicioso.

El buffet del desayuno está muy bueno y rico. El personal fue atento y amable y el hotel tiene muy buena ubicación.

El proceso del check in fue un poco tardado.

Brreakfast was mediocre. Everything was very bland.

Bed could have been better. facility is old. Terrible wine selection in Bar area. Only Mexican wines??????

Beautiful luxury hotel located in a busy part of San Pedro, walking distance to large shopping plaza and many restaurant

Excellent location right beside mall and several restaurants. Beautiful lobby and stairs, feels like a luxury hotel.

The pool was not full, so we didn’t go swimming. It was very busy for breakfast because there were so many guests.

Great place, great staff, just superb.

A second stay of a week in three months and can't wait to get back. Super hotel, super room, super food and extra-super staff throughout the hotel. Very much a home from home. A special mention to Liz on the front desk who was professional and friendly always and an example for all staff.

Terrible

They charged me a third room when I only booked 2. They blamed it on booking but could not help me contact them. They charged me the room but did not have me the third room key. Terrible experience. They do not help their clients. Thay rather charge a night more before undesratanding and caring for the clients issues. Bad hotel, bad workers.

Unbelievable lack of understanding clients requests, needs. Really unfriendly and unpleasant experience. Never going back again.

Great hotel, great staff, great location & brilliant breakfast. Great value.

Stunningly good buffet breakfast to start the day and excellent cakes throughout. All staff very polite. Spectacular entrance, great rooms and super location with major mall opposite. Stayed for a week and will go back.

Worst experience ever. Never coming back. i will try the new Safi.

The location is perfect!

1. Elevators not working. 2. Ticks on the sofa. 3. Forced to upgrade if i wanted a room with king size bed. 4. Staff lying to me about everything being alright.
