Ok but not worth the money

The deluxe room unit is very nice, modern and new, I liked it! V golf club is the best!

The breakfast was just awful. The staff was extremely rude at the breakfast hall as well. The hotel was super crowded.

Great facilities, hotel could make a better use of all the facilities it has

Comfy beds, lovely pool area that you can use unlimited, friendly staff

Breakfast buffet seems to be big enough but not really satisfying, like the chef does not have any creativity. Kids play room open only on weekends which was also upsetting.

Viena geriausių spa patirčių Lietuvoje.

Labiausiai patiko Vitality spa erdvė, už kurią papildomai susimokėjome. Kitą kartą užsakinėsiu brangesnį kambarį, į kurio kainą šeina Vitality spa.

Garso izoliacija bloga. Naktį iš šventimo grįžtantys svečiai foje triukšmauja, viskas girdisi per medines duris. Girdėjosi šuns lojimas vidurnaktį.

Good for value but would not come back

Its in a very nice place. Beautiful lake and area. Easy to find. Spa is really good. Restaurant inside is amazing. Food great

Cleaners. First day they didn’t came to change towels and clean the room. Second day they came but they fixed the bed without removing wet bathrobe from the bed so basically covered with duvet. Left iron board in the middle of the room. Breakfast buffets were missing cards with titles of the dishes. It was difficult to understand what dish is what. 4 star hotel and missing simple thing like fresh juice.

I would visit the spa area again, but not stay for night

The spa area was clean and comfortable.

Room requires renovation. Apart from this, it wasn’t properly cleaned. The carpet floor was dirty with small pieces of dry food everywhere . The curtains were in holes and dirty spots. There was a number of things requiring repairment or replacement.

Relaxing, qualitatively too expensive.

Breakfast was perfect, lots of choice. The SPA can be used for a surcharge, but is recommended every autumn. In contrast to the room, the entire sauna area including the pool was absolutely high quality, well maintained and very clean. A highlight. A must be.

We had booked a more expensive Executive - room. The room showed its 30 years without renovation, everything was worn, the curtains were old and rotten, the lampshades used or partly broken, the wood on the windows old and splintered. The price of the room service card was no longer up-to-date and higher prices were charged after an order was placed. They are obviously in the process of renovating the entire hotel complex, this floor hasn't been there yet, although they're asking for higher room rates there than in normal rooms.

wonderful but needs improvements

recently stayed at Vilnius Grand Resort and overall, I had a great experience. The resort is situated in a beautiful location and the facilities are top-notch. The standout feature for me was definitely the restaurant Le Passage, which offered delicious food and great service

However, there were a couple of drawbacks to my stay. Firstly, for a four-star hotel, I was disappointed to find that there was no minibar in the room. Additionally, there was no teapot with accessories which I found inconvenient. These are basic amenities that I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Another issue was the bed which was quite hard and uncomfortable. This made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep. Despite these shortcomings, I would still recommend Vilnius Grand Resort for its beautiful location, great facilities, and excellent restaurant. However, I do hope that the hotel management takes note of these issues and makes necessary improvements to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

Second stay, even better :)

Spacious room, comfortable bed. Possibility to order food until late. Vitality pool zone is cosy and relaxing, not so many people during our visit.

There wasn't warm enough in the room and bathroom.

disappointed with hotel room and staff very rude

decent size room as I paid for the president suite at £400 for the night

was dirty and very little lighting for the room and very slow service if you pay £400 a night for the president suite the room should be immaculate and the service should be on point very disappointed with this hotel and staff very rude and racist as I was a Pakistani man from the U.K. where I had a Lithuanian friend who could speak and understand Lithuanian and he even heard what the staff were saying about me and making racist remarks in Lithuanian

Old part of this hotel must be renovated, otherwhise-would not recomend to stay here

Breakfast was nice, diner was lovely, pool are for kids was not bad

Dirty windows in ther room as well as parts of room itself, missing simple things as kettle-asked for it twice, in person, as phone was not able to reach the reception. Was given a bad eye from pool receptionist because I returned the bracelet the first day-it looks like you should somehow know that it is required in one pool area , but not the other. Was not able to drive with the baby stroller to the breakfast area as they removed the ramp for Christmas tree. Pool area is very far away, which is not heandy when you are going with a small baby in heands (area is also not reachable with the stroller…)
