fantástico. volveré

corrí la maratón el domingo y me dejaron usar las instalaciones para asearme y cambiarme de ropa bastante más tarde del check out las personas de recepción fueron super amables y atentas, me dieron instrucciones de cómo llegar a mi destino, uso del tranvía, horarios, etc.. al próximo año volveré encantanda

Great stay, we will be booking again for our return journey - a gem!

Great location for us, with parking for a small fee (however, we parked in the street around the corner as we were in a camper van that was too tall for the underground car par a plenty of spaces available). Rooms were clean had everything you need (and a powerful shower) and the staff were very helpful and attentive. We booked a few hours before our arrival (long story!) but they were able to provide two rooms next to each other with the bed configuration we would have ideally liked and were happy to allow our dog at no cost. So helpful and accommodating, we will be staying here again. For any dog owners - there is loads of green space around nearby to walk your dog - any direction you go and a number of bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc

Enjoyed my overnight there, wished to stay longer to explore the city.

The bed was comfy, all the facilities were clean, the staff were lovely, so kind and helpful.

The dodgy car park under the hotel, was made for horror movies and the lift wasn't working.

The hotel is pet friendly and no extra charges are applied which is something very rare in Spain and just for that I think it is great. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. We stayed for one night as we were on route to Portugal. I would definitely advise it.

It was our second stay in this hotel . We only stayed for one night. Hotel has everything you need. We had breakfast too and it was nice.

Very good staff, clean. good Air Conditioner, very good Wifi, better than most 3* hotels.

We arrived at 23:55, we had a problem with the room assigned to us, but Eva (Receptionist) was very kind and helpful in solving my problem to have me very satisfied. I have been in a lot of 3* and 4* hotels in different countries, and a few 2*, I have seen very few professional and kind receptionists like her, for a moment I thought I was in a 4*. The WiFi speed was 85mbit/s. There was free public parking available near the hotel, but the is also an option of paying a supplement of 6€ to park in the hotel's garage in the -2 floor. The room was clean. Good Air Conditioner. Much better than expected, as I've seen 3* hotels that are much worse.

Nowhere to recycle plastics and glass in the hotel, so I had go outside to recycle. But sadly this problem is still present in the majority of the hotels.

4day stay in Vitoria Gasteiz

Receptionist, quietness, cleanliness.

A bit expensive for the period, but I guess it's the standard cost of life in Euskal Herria. Others were even more expensive.

Enjoyable short stay

Proximity to tram line. Tram stop across the road giving direct access to Vitoria. Local bars. Close to 2 supermarkets. Powerful shower.
