Visite de Sagovia, très belle ville à faire

Emplacement, bonne literie, bonne insonorisation

Pas de garage dans l’hôtel, garage public (30€ arrivée 17h départ 11h) salle de bain avec petite cabine de douche (chambre 416), porte serviettes décelé, rapport qualité/ prix beaucoup trop cher

Mi estancia en Segovia ha sido muy grata, incluso el hotel a pesar de algunas molestias ya expuestas

La ubicación es excelente con vistas al Acueducto. Disponer de aparcamiento propio en esa zona es fundamental. El desayuno bueno, sin exageraciones.

Las habitaciones no disponen de persianas, solo de cortinas opacas, pero siempre dejan pasar luz, por el centro o por los lados y es una incomodidad muy alta porque entra luz de la calle en una zona muy iluminada. Es molesto el ruido de la calle y bares-hamburgueserías existentes justamente bajo la habitación.

Su magnífica ubicación y su maravillosa vista al acueducto,desde la ventana de la habitación

Fijn hotel op prachtige locatie

Zeer aardige receptioniste, die ons op oudejaarsavond ondanks late aankomst toch nog van n lekkere fles Cava voorzag. Prachtige locatie tegenover het viaduct, aan de ingang van het mooie stadje. Prima ontbijt.

Algo caro aunque lo demás es sobresaliente

La ubicación es perfecta y el personal era muy amable.

Se me hizo algo caro para las prestaciones que tenia (hay que recordar que es un hotel 4 estrellas y más bien parecía de tres estrellas) aunque lo salva la ubicación y comodidad.

Comfortable, modern hotel in excellent location

Our room had a fabulous view of the roman aqueduct, which was beautiful, especially at sunrise and sunset. Great breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff who dealt promptly with a minor problem.

There is no kettle and no coffee machine in the room. Also, the hotel does not have a cafeteria. There is no possibility in the evening to drink tea or coffee in the hotel. is very disappointed. Condition not suitable for the level of a hotel

Good location for all the main city sites

The hotel is in an excellent location, right next to the aqueduct. It is then a short uphill walk the main city square. The rooms were very comfortable.

Very good hotel to visit Segovia old town with parking.

Excellent hotel near Roman aqueduct. Hotel is very good positioned to visit old city, cathedral and Alcasar. Hotel have parking with free places in May.

Ok but not what you expect of four stars

Amazing location and very friendly staff.

Parking costs 17 euros per night which seems quite a bit of money considering the hotel is much more expensive than others in town. The shower lacked pressure. The room is very outdated and has no character at all which made feel the room quite bare. Could hear people going in and out of their rooms at night and early in the morning, there was quite a bit of noise from the hotel but not from the street.

Great location

Air conditioning didn't work, as it was centrally controlled, The staff kept giving excuses, like the engineer, was not on duty, & that floor cannot be controlled. Staff would tell us to keep windows open, which resulted in flies coming in the room & traffic noise!

Perfect

Big and very nice room with an extremely large and extremely comfortable bed. Location is just amazing - you see the aqueduct from the bedroom window, and it is a few minutes walk to all attractions
