Aussicht okay, Ausstattung naja.

Satt wird man, aber das war es leider schon. Essen ist eher Kantine.

Hotel war sicherlich vor 20-30 Jahren mal modern, ist aber aktuell nicht wirklich schön.

mühsame Hotel-Anlage, aber gut gelegen.

Großes Zimmer. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Busanbindung nach Koper, Piran u.a. ist sehr gut. Busstation direkt vor der Anlage. Das Café Central im Hotel-Komplex ist sehr schön und hat ein fantastisches Tortenangebot.

Betten sind mit Besucherritze getrennt. Hotelbar vom Hotel Neptun und die Fitbar im Fitnesscenter waren geschlossen. Der Weg ins Café Central führt über 92 Stufen außen oder über Gänge mit Liften anderer Lifeclass-Hotels. Die Geräte im Fitnesscenter der Lifeclass-Hotel-Anlage sind schlecht bis gar nicht einstellbar für kleine Menschen.

Molto rilassante e benefico vista la possibilità di accedere gratuitamente alle terme

Camera spaziosissima ed anche il bagno Molto pulito Disponibilità degli accappatoi da usare per le terme però pagamento a parte Colazione e cena a buffet varia ed abbondante Staff e receptionists molto disponibili e cordiali

Troppe scale per arrivare a piedi perché è in alto rispetto alla spiaggia E’ un problema per chi ha delle difficoltà motorie Per andare alle terme o nel solarium ci sono gli ascensori

Worth to try

-The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. - We were on the 4th floor. The view was fabulous. - In the restaurant they have a wide selection of foods and the waiters were nice to us.

- Wifi connection was terrible. I rarely could connect and in a short time I 've always lost connection.

Mediocre mi aspettavo di meglio

Posizione centralissimo già conoscevo ero stata qualche anno fa al Riviera. Piscine e spa top come sempre!

Reception all'arrivo non ha informato che dalle 23.00 alle 07.00 avrebbero staccato la luce per "dei lavori"...siamo rientrati alle 23.30 e siamo stati accompagnatI in camera dal receptionist notturno che ci ha detto che ci doveva aprire la porta manualmente perché avevano da poco staccato la luce che era tutto programmato e che dovevano averci informato...NON CI SIAMO!!! Se tieni aperta una struttura anche con rincari vari i servizi li devi dare...se no chiudi per qualche mese e fai più bella figura. Livello italiano e soprattutto inglese mediocre in reception!!!

Im Großen und Ganzen ganz ok.

Alles in einem ist es ok, jedoch leicht in die Jahre gekommen und nichts besonderes. Nicht wirklich ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sauber und der Zugang zur Therme ist auch super.

Bademäntel sind nur per Verleih erhältlich. Das Frühstück hat zwar alles, das Gebäck könnte jedoch etwas frischer sein.

ottima esperienza

ottime colazioni, la struttura e' centralissima e tranquilla. Fronte mare, d'inverno ci sono 3 piscine di acqua termale. Quella marina è al momento chiusa per lavori, ma bastano e avanzano quelle che ci sono, con acqua a 30 gradi-non manca il parcheggio riservato con sbarra, fronte albergo, tutto è funzionale e ben organizzato. Per un weekend lungo è l'ideale, anche la posizione, è a 35 km da Trieste. Senza dubbio ci tornerei. Lo vedo un posto adatto anche per chi ha bambini, essendoci un Mini-Club.

Nulla, vorrà dire che ci tornerò quando apre la piscina grande con acqua di mare, che però è in comune con Hotel Slovenia

Organizzazione servizi da rivedere

Camere un po' datate ma molto spaziose e anche pulite, anche se non amo la moquette. Vista baia, possibilità di scelta cuscini. Posteggio a pagamento vicino la struttura. Personale della reception molto disponibili, la sera il posteggio era pieno e si sono adoperati per trovarci una soluzione.

Abbiamo cercato di prenotare le saune ci è stato detto che non è possibile e che i clienti delle strutture avrebbero avuto priorità. Purtroppo non è stato così, in sauna non ci hanno fatto entrare per troppi clienti, ci hanno detto di provare a chiamare durante le ore successive, abbiamo provato a telefonare dalla stanza 3 volte, non ci ha risposto nessuno. Accappatoi a pagamento in stanza. Bar dell'hotel chiuso, bisogna per forza scendere al bar del Grand hotel. Personale della sauna non gentilissimo e poco sorridente.

Relax, ma fino ad un certo punto per il prezzo pagato.

Mi è piaciuto molto l'aiuto avuto da parte del Guardiano/Receptionist Notturno. Avevo un problema con il parcheggio. Ha saputo risolvere in modo rapido il problema senza creare ulteriore disagio, dovuto dal receptionist avuto al Check-in che mi aveva inserito nella tessera l'utilizzo del parcheggio singolo. Mi è piaciuta la colazione, ben assortita. La camera era grande. Letti comodi. I bagnini delle terme SEA SPA sono stati super gentili ad aiutarci durante il nostro relax.

Il wc del bagno era sporco di feci e sangue. Abbiamo chiamato subito la reception che ha fatto venire una signora delle pulizie a pulire. Anche se ha pulito, era ancora sporco. La pulizia non è un servizio basato sulle stelle dell'albergo, la pulizia deve essere impeccabile a priori. Carta igienica del bagno era già aperta e usata. Si dovrebbe mettere un rotolo nuovo per i nuovi ospiti. Il riscaldamento della camera faceva uscire un forte odore cattivo. Durante la giornata avevo necessità di chiamare la reception dalla camera. Il telefono squillava senza avere nessuna risposta. Questo mi obbligava a scendere in reception per avere informazioni o aiuto. In inverno mettete il sale sulla discesa dell'hotel, sono scivolato a terra facendomi male. La sera volevo andare a Pirano, quindi ho chiesto un consiglio da parte della reception. Non sono stati in grado di aiutarmi, inoltre le poche informazioni sugli orari di autobus e servizi di trasporto che mi hanno dato erano errate. Dimostravano disinteresse, come se fossero infastiditi ad aiutarti. Oltre al bagno sporco mancavano anche gli accappatoi per andare alle terme. Quindi ho perso 1 ora di tempo per risolvere questi due problemi. Mi sarei aspettato uno sconto sul prezzo, per scusarsi durante il nostro Check-out, ma questo non è accaduto. Piccolezze che però potevano fare la differenza sulla nostra opinione. Personale della reception (Nettuno) da rivedere (Tranne per il ragazzo/reception della notte che è stato di grande aiuto).

Personale di sala del hotel Apollo (specialmente il capo sala ) molto gentili e professionali, colazione buonissima e molto varia, piscine pulitissime e molto accoglienti, cena nella norma, camera pulita e arredamento nuovo

Purtroppo avevano prenotato il pacchetto compreso di Spa ma purtroppo la zona terme era fuori servizio e al momento di saldare il conto le signore della reception ( molto gentilmente ) hanno telefonato alla manager che ha risolto il problema togliendo 6 euro a persona ( io avevo chiesto un semplice buono di pare valore da usufruire al prossimo soggiorno) che purtroppo non copre la spesa sostenuta, peccato che si perdano per così poco, ma ho comunque dato il massimo della votazione per la gentilezza del personale.

A szálloda komplexumban, beltéren lehetett közlekedni a fürdők között. Kis sétával a sétáló utca és a kikötő található. Jók a gyerekanimációs programok. Reggeli bőséges választékos.

Vacsora szegényes volt. Csak sós vizük medence található ami kisebb gyerekkel nem optimális. Parkoló fizetős, kedvezményes parkolás a hoteltől kb. 10 perc sétára lehetséges. Fürdőköntös fizetős 6 euro.

Super Lage, ruhig, reichhaltiges Frühstück! Late Check out hat aber nicht so gut geklappt. Ist natürlich kein Muss.

Bei der Vielzahl der Treppen wären Mitarbeiter die mit dem Gepäck helfen, hilfreich. Es waren welche da, vermutlich eher Security. Kräftig genug, um zu helfen (Security an sich ist ja nicht ständig im Einsatz, stehen oft nur rum). Das bitte besser organisieren, weil auch ältere Leute im Hotel und viele Übergänge mit Stufen.

Kantinenessen in Kantinenatmospäre

Großes Zimmer, sauber, kostenloser Zugang zur Therme des Hotels Portoroz (,Sauna allerdings gegen Extrakosten)

Das Essen entsprach Kantinenessen in einem vungemütlichen Raum in 'Kantinenatmospäre'. Die Kellerin fuhr, während man aß , mit einem Aluwagen durch den Essensraum und sammelte dreckiges Geschirr und Besteck ein, um es geräuschvoll in einen Kübel zu werfen und das liiegengebliebene Essen vor den Gästen in die Kübel verschwinden zu lassen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aber die Qualität des Essens war schlecht und das Wiederanrichten des selbigen, nachdem die ersten Gäste durch waren, funktionierte nicht. Bekanntlich Ist dss Auge mit. Schade für ein angeblich 4 Sterne Haus.

Very low value for money

4 star hotel with non-working WIFI, non working electricity socet on table, non working shower holder. We complaint and we were given new room, unfortunately 10PM, so we dont wanted to change. Old school room, very impersonal and uncozy. They just pretending maintenance. Brekfast was all good exept coffee - in their second hotel nearby Grand they have much batter machine for espresso. Very small elevator for such hotel. For sure not 4 star.

Great hotel at Portoroz

The hotel location is great, staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

There is no recording of the cars at the parking and sometimes when it is over packed it might become tricky to get in or out.
