Paradise on the Mainland.

It's Palm Cove, what more needs to be said. It's like being in Asia but the beaches are cleaner, the food is safe and there are no langauge issues. Also, could not complain about the range of hotel accommodation options or food experiences in this small community.

We were there during the rainy season and on this visit it was a lot wetter than normal. The old slogan of "beautiful one day, perfect the next" just did not ring true for the 2 weeks we were there.

Very tranquil and quiet

I loved the location and the room I stayed in was huge and comfortable

On my first night people staying at establishment were quite loud in the pool area until 11:30pm and my room was just above the area.

The location was at the northern end of Palm cove and excellent. The facilities were good. And the rooms adequately furnished and comfortable

Location, its looks onto the beech.

On arrival the property manger was so helpful and told us all about the local area, but once in the apartment we were extremely disappointed, there was dead flies in the bed, the smell from the drains within the bathroom and kitchen was horrendous, the outside light was in dangerous state and the furniture is very dated and damaged. We were due to stop for 5 nights but found alternative accommodation after only stopping the one night as we couldn't sleep in bed that had dead flies in it and with the smell throughout the apartment. Rhonda the property manager did say she would of put us in a better apartment, but we feel all guests should get a good standard of apartment from the start and not be moved from a inferior apartment to a better apartment should you complain. We fully paid for the 5 nights but only stopped the one and have requested a refund for the nights we didn't stop but this has been refused. The property owners need to update the apartment to a higher standard, to stop this happening to other paid guests. Booking.com have given us a 10% compensation of the full booking cost as they say the property is not to their standard, but they are unable to get the property owner to refund us the nights we didn't stop.

The apartments are spacious and well-appointed with everything you need. The location is great, very central to restaurants and cafes and across the road from the patrolled beach.

Some of the facilities are a bit dated and could do with a refresh.

Staff were very pleasant and location is excellent!

I would not put tiles everywhere in the room as it gets slippery because of the humid weather. It was excellent that the cooking utensils were provided, however, I would change the frying pans for newer ones. On the whole, everything was great.

The location was very good. Good parking at the back. There’s also washing machine & dryer in laundry. Lift to go upstairs.

Was very dusty. Table was against the wall with a chair in between, when we move the table in the middle for more comfort, we found that chair covered with dust. All cupboards & draws in the kitchen have an awful smell. I found dirty cutlery in draw. A bowl was a bit greasy in cupboard, I had to wash it properly before using. Dirty cutlery & couple of plates in dishwasher. So I didn’t use the dishwasher at all. I hand washed everything during our stay. Fridge was unstable, very shaky. There’s no fan in laundry/bathroom and the vent was covered with thick dust. Balcony dusty and dry leaves around. Shower & toilet by swimming pool unable to use, full of stuff and dirty. Door lock doesn’t work. On top of that the couple at reception was very cold. Not friendly at all. We don’t even know their name.

Great Stay in the best location in Palm Cove

These apartments are 1 bedroom with full kitchen which give you the flexibility of eating out or in. Also at the pool there is a clean BBQ. Sandy beach just 20 metres from the front door in an area patrolled by lifesavers from 8 'till 5 and protected by a off shore net or you can swim in the onsite salt pool/spa. Eateries close by and next door is the Surf Club with a happy hour and a take out bottle department, all options covered. The property is located at the right end of town.

Would have preferred if toilet paper could have been replenished after using the 2 rolls supplied on arrival and not having to buy it from the shops.

The location and view amazing! The apartment was perfect and clean and had everything needed. The owners friendly and hospitable.

Enjoyable and relaxating

Excellent location, directly across the road from the beach. Restaurants all within walking distance.

TV was not a smart TV and with no HDMI cable to connect laptop. Wifi was provided though.
