Amplio, bien situado, buena terraza , parking interior cerrado, piscina.
Los apartamentos (al menos en el yo me quede) estan un poco obsoletos. Habría que actualizarlos/renovarlos un poco.

Location
Very basic apartment, balcony light was broken, safe did not work and we had to ask several times for this to be rectified. Light was fixed 5 days into the holiday, we were promised batteries to power the safe which never arrived. The sofa bed was broken and smelly. Apartment was not cleaned the whole week, no clean towels or linen and when we asked for toilet paper we were told they did not provide it and we had to buy some.

We were planning to visit Garda Land for two days with the kids. We booked that hotel because of its great location, free parking space and also and big room. It fully covered our expectation so all was great!
Maybe WiFi signal was not the strongest but that is not a show stopper at all.
8.0
location brilliant an easy walk to the centre of town, driving routes in and out and the railway station
Quality of furnishings, kitchen very limited, sofa bed had definitely seen better days.

Nice location, friendly staff.
Unfortunately, the flat which we had was very disappointed, we had 3 flats for 3 families.
The floor was terrible dirty, the stove didn't work, the toilets were dirty.
Even if I wanted to clean by myself, I couldn't. The brum was very dirty, and the mop which I had to borrow it from my dad's room, I had to wash it 10 times to have it a bit decent in order to wash the floor.
I had to wash the brum also.

Room was very spacious. Swimming pool is nice in the hot days.
Furniture is old and cheap. The bed’s headboard came apart, and the house keeper fixed it with zip ties.
Bed linen is cheap, so are the mattresses and pillows. Living room sofa bed is terribly uncomfortable.
Ants in the shower.

Spacious apartment plus the benefit of the a pool and a bouncy castle in the yard. The reserved parking space is a big benefit and one of the items we had on our list as a requirement.
There could have been more crockery and cutlery in the apartment. It was just sufficient for 1 meal for 5 people.

The only good thing about this residence is the location as it's near the train station and restaurants / cafeterias's
Horrible Residence!
Upon arrival the ac wasn't working and we informed the reception and the reply was that when they can they fi it! i asked for a fan and they told me we don't have!! can you believe it staying in this heat with no ac and no fan!
they even had the decency to say that they cannot solve it because we booked through booking.com not directly with them!
After 1 night with nothing they bought us a fan and the ac was fixed after 3 days!! we had 2 young kids and you can imagine in this heat, 1 of them got also a slight fever due to extremely hot flat
the flat was very dirty we had to buy products to clean a bit as it was not suitable to stay there with that dirt! so we went on holiday and we had to clean!
we bought food to cook and on our 1st night we were going to make a pizza; as soon as we put it in the microwave/oven it burnt out!...wee got a wooden spoon to try to take out the plug as it was sparking and black fog coming out!...you can imagine the kids screaming!
They never emptied our garbage we had to stay with smelly garbage in the flat
Nearly all the drawers and cupboards without the to open from
Being through all of this we asked for a compensation and we only got a refund for 1 night with the help of booking.com as they didn't want to give us anything because they said they weren't informed about all this when we clearly spoke with them the 1st day we arrived...they are taking us for a ride and they are saying we are liars!!!!
I DO NOT SUGGEST EVEN THINKING TO STAY HERE YOU'LL BE WASTING ALL YOUR MONEY
VERY BAD SERVICE AND EXTREMELY BAD RESIDENCE

Host: Alberto was the most friendliest, helpful and amazing receptionist I've ever met!! We started with a bad day from non-apartment related issues somewhere else. But our spirits were enlivened by Alberto's friendliness!
Location: Good location. Close to train station (5mins walk), 5-6mins walk to town centre, and amazing restaurants around the area (recommend the pizzeria beside Penny supermarket)
Facilities: Very well equipped with everything you will need. Super secured apartment with shutters in every balcony door. Most secure door I've ever seen with like 5-6 locks.. wow!
Cleanliness: Very clean.
Check in instructions: Most detailed instructions ever with videos, detailed steps.
There wasn't any light in the balcony area. But it was still manageable with the light from inside the apartment.

I suppose I should be grateful it had beds and a roof
I booked a 2 bedroom apartment. The confirmation was quite clear: 2 separate bedrooms plus living room. We were given a 1 bedroom apartment with a sofa bed in the lounge. The receptionist claimed my confirmation was a 'general description' and not what I had actually booked, which is nonsense. They were full and could not move us and booking.com customer services just said we could leave a bad review. I advise you to avoid these apartments - you don't get what you have paid for.

We stayed in a very nice, specious apartment. it is equipped with two bathrooms, which was a big plus, because we were travelling with a group of friends. Garda Palace is really near to the Garda Lake. You need to walk for a few minutes to get there, so location is also very convenient.

The apartment was specious, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was functional and the 2 bathrooms were great. Nice and helpful staff. Good location for who is traveling by train or takes the free shuttle to Gardaland. Highly recommended!

The hotel is beautifull, clean and with good location to all around.

Spaces, big balcony, location
No basic kitchen necessities or toiletries except for 4 small sachets of shampoo between 3 people, No soap, no kitchen cloth or dish towels. Kettle was unusable should be replaced. Appartment was not very clean and balcony floor was very dirty.
6.0
The location was great,
You get your value for money, however with a few minor improvements like more than one towel per person and small toiletries in the bathroom this place has great potential!

Very near to railway station. We also got bus to sirmione just at the front of lane. (Though the host misguided us saying no bus / Shuttle runs in winter. Probably he had no idea of transport or probably He was not interested to share free information :p but the guy helped us agreeing to keep our bag at reception after checkout till evening and also offered to use the toilet when we went to collect the bag.) Room and towels were clean. Overall good

Garda palace was very nice, clean and comfortable. Staff (English speaking) was kind and very helpful. Will definitely come back soon.

Everything was a great, very nice apartment, except for the key books for the code too small numbers. I couldn't see them. Good to have a girlfriend that saw better. People with poorer vision are problematic. If you go up to 18.00, then the owner will be expected, if later, to be self checkin. Key books underground parking. For older people better caming timely till 6pm.
Key books undergraund parking. Its the same playing find key books.
