De locatie was geweldig. Het personeel is vriendelijk en helpt graag. Ruime en schone kamers.
Omdat er in directe omgeving veel straten afgezet zijn is het wat zoeken en kun je het hotel ook over het hoofd zien.

Good location
Air conditioner didn’t cool the room.

Great rooms, very kind staff (Christine)
Bed springs poke through, not comfortable

Staff was friendly and accommodating, the building looks wonderful and is close to the railway station; the rules are clear. The placing of the building is also nice, it is in a quiet pocket off a busy road, so you get to enjoy peace and quiet without having to walk a long way to get to the bustling center.
The air conditioner hardly made any difference, and the fridge was pretty weak.

Excellent location at the city center, close to all major tourist attractions. Reasonable priced.
Hotel is located in the old building upstairs, behind the restaurant, and doesn't have an elevator.
Please keep it in mind if climbing a lot of stairs (3 full stories) is not your forte.

we loved everything about the property …except there was no elevator and all rooms were on 2nd or 3rd floors. The hostess was amazing and very welcoming. Despite no elevator, I would recommend Hotel Hauser with very high recommendations.

Hotel was very nice and cosy. Traditional building at a very good location for tourists. All the receptionists were super helpful and kind. If you are visiting Nurnberg, this is the place to stay at:)

Would have liked if they had breakfast in hotel…

Historical building with amazing vibes. The wooden stairs and corridors definitely fly you back to the previous century. Loved the personalized welcome message plate. Staff is helpful even at Christmas time, when there is limited availability. Location is good lovely area and surroundings.
Location is good for me, but get prepared, you might have to walk a bit to reach some part of the city. Also the hotel doesn't have any elevator, so pay attention to your heavy luggage.

clean, cozy, in the heart of the old town.
15 min walking to the main train station.
there are no lifts

The best hotel and location which we've had so far. Staff even not to be mentioned. They were so kind and helpful.
Nothing to write.

Very clean, super easy check in. Big room with a nice view. Bathroom at all the amenities.

The location is great. You can easily get there by foot from the bus station. The staff was super friendly - I needed to check out very early and they were very flexible about that so I appreciated that.
The room is very small and the bed is also not the most comfortable. They offered me breakfast which was very overpriced. Overall I felt like the place was overpriced for its value but it's not that bad.
8.0
The hotel is very well located, very close to the historic centre. The staff is extremely helpful. It is possible to leave your bags there before the check-in and after the check-out. The room, despite being a bit small, is really comfortable and with everything that is needed for a short stay.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing, as it is served by the restaurant below the hotel and it is not a buffet, being overpriced for what it is offered.

The hotel is in the heart of old town Nürnberg. Just step outside the extremely friendly and helpful staff

The location of the hotel is really good. In the middle of the city of Nuremberg.
The stuff was nice and even before our stay they answered very quickly to questions and called us.
We didn´t have breaktfast, but there was a restaurant at the hotel which looked really pretty und high priced too.
As we entered our room, there was a welcome shield for us on the bed with two little sweets for us.
The room and above all the bath room were very clean. We couldn´t find one hair or dust. Everything was clean.
There was a mini bar in the room and some water and wine. The prices of that were ok.
All in all the hotel brings the message to the guests "with lots of love to the detail".
nothing to complain about.

Perfect location, nice staff and decent room.
The only downside was that it was warm but the room did not have any AC. For this reason we kept the windows open all night and were kept awake by the people eating/drinking outside at the nearby restaurants. They were probably louder than usual because we stayed over the weekend.

There was a loading/Cellar area outside of the room and there was quite some noise late at night and early morning

We were moved from Hotel Hauser to Hotel Elch. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Very good breakfast.

Location was perfect, staff were super helpful and friendly! I very much enjoyed my stay. I would suggest putting some oil on the hinges of the doors leading to the rooms though-you can hear them creaking from your room 😄

Great location, smack in the city centre
Nice atmosphere, everything will looks well maintained.
Pillows were far too flat, and I'm not usually difficult about this.
Climate control in the room was hard to manage, it remained a bit chilly in the room, but I guess better than too warm.

Superb location. Really sweet stuff. Cosy rooms
Smell from the kitchen downstairs. No view from our room unfortunately.

Location, kind personel during check out, good facilities in well styled room.
No decent airco in room directly under the roof, during second night a primitieve device was provider.
Reception was difficult to contact during check in because the lady was on the telephone all the time, one unnecessaryly long conversation. Nearby parking facility was expensive. No elevator.
8.0
Nice location, the room was very comfortable and clean
The hair dryer was not working
