Pésima experiencia

Pésimo, nos terminaron cobrando 80mil pesos en efectivo y ya habíamos Pagado la reserva por booking, en el desayuno la miel estaba llena de hormigas aún así la usaron para los wafles, la piscina llena de hormigas, moscos e insectos, el aseo de la habitación muy pobre, la señal del tv parecía de cable sin decodificador mala calidad, y la habitación muy regular, caían del techo comeje. Por 300mil x noche hubiera conseguido un hotel de mucha mejor calidad. Este fue pésima experiencia

Very good

Swimming pool and air conditioning were excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful

They blared loud pop music over the pool area from 6.30am which was awful and ruined my sleep. But the staff turned it off once I went to reception to ask so I appreciated that.

Bella Isa is a nice place for relaxing with a lovely backyard and with pool. Juan and Alex are cool and professional. All girls are good and nice. Thanks to the kitchen :)

Over all it was priced well for the town and condition of the hotel. Would stay there again!!!

Breakfast was good, Nothing fancy like a high end restraunt but filled your belly. Nice pool and clean rooms, The mattress could use an upgrade and no HOT water.... Was the first time I have taken a cold shower as I am from the USA and use to taking hot showers. My Novia didnt mind as she is from Columbia. But the little town is in a hot climate so wasn't too bad... The AC in the room worked well. Polite staff

The attention of the staff, the cleaning, the breakfast is delicious and complete. They're pet friendly and that's amazing, and the pet of the hotel Oreo is nice 🙂

Most of all the staff, especially Juan Sebastian and Andres. Very welcoming place, the pool are is amazing, great relaxing after a long strenuous drive. Great breakfast.

I like the pool the location

I didn’t like the fact there was a dog at the hotel ( from the hotel) that all the staff said since our arrival that was friendly and he ended up biting my boy’s shoes that if he wouldn’t be wearing any shoes could have ended bad; so if you have children make sure you keep them away from the dog

friendly service. good room for price including breakfast. Covered private and secure parking in back. Nice pool though we didnt use it. Bed was very comfortable with black out shades for privacy and darkness when sleeping.

no hot water...which is common in small town Colombia. Rooms are very small, but again standard for this region.
