Beach accessories can be provided on request: beach bag, beach towels, cooler bag snacks. All utilities included: Water, AC, Electricity. The area is quiet and residential yet entertainment is only a few meters away. It offers plenty of not expensive entertain, for families, friends, couples and singles. Parking is easy and FREE. IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE READ - There are garbage bins just few meters from the building; please make sure you throw out your garbage bags as you check out.
