Superb

The hotel is very close to the city center and easy to find everything you are looking for around. The room was comfortable and nice. I would also recommend it absolutely as the cleanliness was excellent.

Breakfast was delicious but should be improved a little.

Good place to stay

The hotel is near to the city center and all the other places. My room has no window but it is not important. Breakfast is enough but it is not an open buffet which is bad. Staff was helpful. You can come with a taxi from the airport Unfortunately odessa has no good bus line. You can use uber which costs 125 uah.

All of the noise is in my room. Walls are so thin.

Room was clean. Hotel located very close to city center. Staff is very helpful and speaks English.

Breakfast was weak. You dont have a buffet meal but You have to pick one of 5 options. It tastes good but is not big enough. The second point is that the day before You have to select the hour of your breakfast. The problem is that if You sign that You want breakfast at 9.00 and You get to canteen at 9.00 the meal will not be ready, but they start to make it so You get the meal at 9.20 or 9.30.

Location is great but the first day the staff gave me a room like a cave.I couldn’t even sleep cause it was dirty and almost no sound insulation. I could hear all the voices that people made. Staff was not so helpful and not willing to solve my problem first.after I told them to ask their managers.Fortunately, the manager was so kind and helpful so she gave me better room, and I could stay there till my check out day.So, location and manager were so good but overall I did not like the hotel

Clean and bright room. Good continental breakfast that was included. Friendly staff

The bed wasn't comfortable at all. The mattres feels like an old one too soft so when you lay on it you go down straight to the strings. And the pillows also are of low quality. Because of that I couldn't get good healthy sleep.

Exceptional

The hotel is a gem. In a very quiet corner, but just a few minutes from the buzz of Odessa centre. The breakfast absolutely needs a thumbs-up - food selection is excellent and nicely presented and above all it served until 11 on weekdays or noon on weekends- perfect for holiday travellers. Staff are also very welcoming and nice. Absolutely enjoyed my stay!

Was interesting to stay in the room without the window, but all was good. Maybe just a suggestion- maybe the soap for the shower and the shower head is in uncomfortable position - because of the shelf under it, the water was leaking and the floor was flooded

Noisy, poor ventilated, and low-light rooms. The hotel is actually part of a business office building. Some of the staff has poor customer service skills. Close to 0 Covid-19 safety measures in place.

- No parking places - Broken shower - Service When I ask a security guy “where I can park my car”, he didn’t tell me anything useful for me and said only jokes. It is not a joke, I wanna park my car and don’t make troubles to other cars. Also, the shower in room was broken and I cannot change a height of this one. Hotel didn’t provide the simple bottle of water at the first time. But we have glasses and teapot in our room. I don’t understand why do you provide these goods in my room if I can’t use it (water from shower is really bad in Odessa, I don’t recommend to drink it!!!) Moreover there was no possibility to buy water at midnight, because the administration can’t put the bottle of water at my room and I can buy it only with cash (0.5 liters for 60 uah = 2$) My girlfriend was feeling really bad and need water to have her pills, so in this situation I went for searching an open shop at night. No humanity, service is really bad!!!
