1. Comfortable & Clean Room, 2. Free Parking, 3. Upgraded Breakfast was necessary

Breakfast for the 1st 2 days were not great. On Day 3 & 4, we were upgraded to the restaurant at Ames Hotel next door. We enjoyed the Breakfast Buffet at Ames Hotel.

1. I wrote an email for 2 requests before Check-in. There was no reply to my email. Communication by the Hotel Management needs to be improved. 2. Also, the TV connection was bad - can the Cable Operator fix it?

Our stay was comfortable. The room was spacious with a pantry. Breakfast was great.

Spacious Room with a Pantry at a good price. We also enjoyed the Breakfast Buffet (at the hotel next door).

1. It was raining heavily when we checked-in. There was a lot of water on the floor at the Drop-off area and on the floor at the Pedestrian Bridge from Block C to Block A (Level 2 or 3). 2. The Cash Deposit of RM50 is unnecessary. I paid in full with my Credit Card upon Check-in.

Other than those above, room was comfortable and clean

Always clean and tidy

1. No towels in the room. 2. Had to wait an hour for towels to be sent 3. No shower foam in shower. Had to wait also an hour for them to sent to the room (had to reschedule meet with friends because could not take shower during this time). 4. The door was hard to close because the steel was bent. Room C308.

It was my 2nd time staying here with my family n definitely will come again for a short staycation as it located at the strategic places and we're having good breakfast served on table

Bersih, selesa dan lokasi yg strategik

Bilik yg sangat selesa dan bersih. Sarapan pagi di Hotel Ames yg banyak pilihan dan sedap. Lokasi penginapan yg strategik. Wifi yang laju. InsyaAllah akan menginap lagi apabila g Melaka

TV in the room out of order. Technical staff couldn't rectify it and said it's an old TV. Management should change it.

Helpful staff, near the centre and easy to find restaurants. Big apartment and breakfast included. Got coway in the lobby.

The location is not bad... Quiet place. Not far from most of the attractions in Melaka. Staffs are friendly. Especially the one who attended to us when we arrived at night, about 10.30pm or 11pm on 14 April 2023.

Had to ask for towel. 😅 The room cleanliness can be improved. Got lizard droppings behind the TV in the room A401.

Overall, its a comfortable 1 night staying.

We arrived at a very late hours around 12 am feeling so tired and also kind a lost because the surrounding area was dark. Luckily the staff was really helpful and friendly. Very satisfied about that. Room is spacious and clean too.

However, the fridge seems to be broken. Its not cold at all. The tv also had some problem with wiring. The colour on the screen keeps changing.
