Appartamento grande ma letti troppo ravvicinati. Buona posizione per i ristoranti. Parcheggio.

Senza attrezzature per cucinare (a parte microonde), solo qualche piatto e bicchiere. 1 solo coltellone. Non adeguato a un appartamento. Hairdryer in posto assurdo. Bagno grande ma un poco squallido. Assistenza via whatsapp.

整体来说，住这里挺方便的。可以步行去买手信。附近有德记炒粉、安记芽菜鸡，老王芽菜鸡…

位于市中心。出入挺方便的。房间也很干净。

住的是19楼。房门口外靠近Bomba lift 处的防护铁窗，住了两天都看到被打开，如果小孩走过去玩不小心就直接掉下19楼挺危险的。

happy with the location

it is located at the new town (新街场), walking distance to famous chicken rice, biscuit shops, salted chicken shops.

Due to faulty aircond, i was given another unit, which is smelly. it smells like the mixture of drainage & wet furniture. only provided body shampoo, and no others. No hair dryer. The bedding set is clean and comfortable. Shower room no hot water, need to shower fr the bathtub. The parking entrance is steep n narrow.

We found the apartment to be comfortable, clean, and very convenient.

The location and the views were some of the best of Ipoh. The bathroom and towels could have been cleaner. The living space and beds were very comfortable. Plenty of utensils and kitchen appliances. Check in and check out we’re very smooth and easy. I appreciate the last minute accommodations.

The towels were a little old and worn.

Spacious and comfortable stay

The rooms are very spacious. Good view of city. Very strategic location. Walking distance to eateries.

Driving up the multi level carpark was not a good experience. The spiral ramp up was very narrow, tight and steep. The glass shower room in the bathroom was too small and tight, can hardly turn your body around during shower.

Although it is in great location, but the apartment still required lots of improvement.

Good location, in the middle of the City, walking distance to the eating places.

1) The parking is at 7th floor, the drive way was quite narrow, you can see lots of scratch marks on both sides, It was a challenge for me to drive up, (especially when you are driving SUV/MPV). 2) The parking lots also quite misleading. We were told to park at 7-01. Although the parking lots have lot numbers display, we circulated the whole parking lots, but there was no 7-01, in the end, we asked the staff for floor plan so we could end the marry-go-round fun. Apparently, the label of 7-01 was missing/misplace. 3) When I entered the room, I saw a shoes cabinet, one side of the door was half-tangling, I took picture and notified the staff via Whatsapp. The staff acknowledged and said they will arrange someone to fix. Throughout our stay, nobody came to repair the half-tangling door. 4) There is a handwash dispenser - but no soap inside, 5) The neighbor next door was smoking throughout the evenings/nights, the smell of the 2nd smoke came into in our room the whole time.

STRATEGIC LOCATION

location is right at the center of all those famous "must eat" makan place in Ipoh. All within 5 minutes of walk. Check in was a breeze, juz transfer the security deposit into the host account, she will provide the password to her mailbox. get the key card & parking access card from there. Check out , just drop the key back to mailbox & snap a photo. She will reimburse deposit in less than 24H. There is a pool for use but I did not use it. I saw some kids enjoying themselves though.

Despite noisy neighbor and lingering durian smell, i enjoyed my overall stay

The bed was comfortable, view was great and the air-cond was really cold.

The toilet doesn't looks as clean due to the stains on the floor. There were small chipped tiles in the shower area that hurts my foot because I didn't notice it was crack. Pillow could have been better because it was too low and it doesn't support the neck. Probably provide more pillow will be a bonus Smell of other house food came into our room and the smell lingers for hours.
