Nice quiet location

Great location, so many extra things like Face cream/bath salts. Slippers and gown. Close to 711, washer/drier, microwave.
Only one lift so sometimes took a while, but we would 100% come back

Personeel was vriendelijk, de kamer was netjes, bij de receptie kon je koffie en thee meenemen.
1 of 2 meer stopcontacten zou handig zijn. bed was iets aan de dunne kant.

Staff was helpful.
Filthy, dusty, hair and stains everywhere. Very loud guests (even though I stayed during the week?), could hear noise coming from every direction. Basically couldn't sleep for my entire stay. Mould was present around AC vent, which is probably what gave me a bad cough when in the room. That or the staggering amount of dust.

staff attitude is bad , not polite and being sarcastic to tourist.

The staff was very friendly and responded to all our requests. The bed was very comfortable with very conveniently located light switches and power outlets at the headboard. There's a couple of convenience stores, bakeries, some restaurants, and a supermarket within walking distance, so you have basically everything you need for a short stay. There's also a fridge in the room and you can use a microwave next to the reception.
A bit far to the center if you're going on foot and not very conveniently located in terms of public transport. The bathroom was very small. Still, I think it was very good value.

They were very helpful. I was very tired, I was let in by early check-in.

Low cost was reasonable staying for business. Free coffee, free tea, free bath additives, and rental umbrella were saved. After staying, there were all thanks but no compliant. Thank you, Fukuoka!
Cannot go wrong with this price. Thank you, Fukuoka!

the room was too small, and toilet was very small

The hotel is one of the closer ones to the Fukuoka International Congress Center. That's its only redeeming feature.
The "double" room and bed were very small for 2 people. The bathroom was tiny - you have to move out of the way sideways to close the door. The bathroom door did not close smoothly because it seemed to be bent on its hinge. The TV is on the side wall, making it very awkward to watch TV (straining one's neck sideways while lying on the bed. There were people making noise in the hallway after midnight, and the rooms do not seem to have any soundproofing. Someone's child was screaming for a long time, almost sounded like they were injured. The total price (including 10% VAT) was ¥81,270 for 3 nights (2 adults)!! Absolute robbery!! We left before the 3rd night because we were so disappointed. I will never again stay there!

Far from subway station

The room had all the necessary facilities and was a comfortable size for one person.
The toilet walls were a little thin, and flushing of the toilet from another room could be heard when I was showering at night. But other than that, very comfortable space!
4.0
Clean and comfortable room in a hotel in the central area of the city. Automated check-in machines available too, though they weren't working when I was there. Great value for the room. It's especially convenient for people going to/from the sea port as well.
It's a slight walk from the nearest subway station (about 10 min or so) and not many convenience stores close by. The reception floor is a bit small, so it may get crowded if a lot of people suddenly try to check-in at the same time.
