House, location are excellent! You can see ocean from your bed window!
The only strange thing I met is that personal asked me my debit card information (number, expiry date and CVV2 code) to pay deposit, I think it's personal information and should not be shared with anybody.

Very basic. Not comfortable and cold. Host obsessed with Pinergy. Electricity should be included in rental for the price of the property

Clean and convenient
It was a bit cold and needed heating up

The location, the property and the letter were absolutely brilliant.
Only complaint we had was that the showers weren’t great. Difficult to get a decent temperature and good pressure.

property was located next to Dingle harbour. great location for purpose of the trip. few shops and places for food and drink at prices you’d expect.
the fact that you had to pay for the electric is the only downside as you pay enough for the duration of the time there and to pay for your own electric is like going to a hotel and having to pay for electric.

Beds were super comfortable, the house was lovely and clean and good location in relation to the town
The pre pay electricity is a bit of a joke. It was fine for a 2-night stay as €40 towards this is automatically included in the booking price, but a longer stay I'd imagine you would have to top it up more than once which will involve unexpected additional costs on top of your booking. Especially as the houses are quite cold, you would need the heating on which will use the electricity up much quicker.
The volume of emails from Trident Homes is also very unnecessary and actually quite annoying. They're all essay-long and very repetitive, while still being unclear as to what additional costs there might be. I think I had 18 emails from them, which each came through twice on email and also separately on booking.com. So 50+ emails/notifications all together within 4 weeks.
You are also required to make full payment upfront if you book within 8 weeks of your stay. This isn't very clear on the initial booking, so can come as a bit of a surprise as it's also non-refundable.

Great location, in Dingle, so able to walk or cycle from the front door. Lots to do there.
Didn’t dislike anything, but the house was quite basic for the amount of money charged.

Very well maintained and equipped property with beautiful views and very convenient location to all facilities.
We found the price very high for such a short stay- more reflective of a week as opposed to a short break. We also had to bring our own towels. However the property itself was lovely.

location
Dirty bathroom, limited use of hot water, had to pay for electricity, we could hear water dripping on the ceiling, the dryer didn’t dry, had to pay for towels, no hair dryer

Great location for access to Dingle (5 minute walk). Very clean. Easy to access. Easy to park. Safe for guests, especially small children.
Poor value in comparison to similarly priced accommodation in other countries (>30% over-priced). For the high cost being charged, the property is tired and needs to be upgraded. Appliances need to be renewed, windows need replacing, taps need replacing. Tiles need replacing. For the price charged, a welcome basket should be offered.
4.5
Location was fantsatic. Much closer to the downtown than we had thought. Rooms were spacious. Very nice to have a palce to do laundry midway through a 10 day trip.
There were 20 cottages and 20 parking spots. We were renting 2 cottages and had 2 cars, and on one night had NO SPOTS. Clearly other cottages were not following the rules. My mother has walking issues, so we would have to dirve up to drop her off and then back all the way down, as folks were also double parked so you could no turn around.
The dryer function on one of the washer/dryers did not work. But we appreciated the manager allowing us into another unit that was being cleaned by Anne (who was awesome) to be able to dry our clothes.

Great location, easy access to Dingle town centre, aquarium, supervalu, restaurants, boat trips. House very clean, comfortable beds
Towels not provided or handsoap in bathrooms. A carton of milk would have been very much appreciated as it was very expensive for a 7 night stay. Hot water tap in kitchen was very loose and leaking if not tightened. There were no facilities to separate recycling, rubbish and glass.

A Fabulous holiday home comfy cosy and spotless it was only a short walk to restaurants shops and waterfront and a short drive to gorgeous beaches and scenery.

I loved it was so close to the town you were able to walk down only for the weather none stop raining for 4 days and nights it would be even better
What I didn't like it was raining none stop for 4 days we even went down to the beaches while it's was raining when we got there also it was very costly go on the boat tours €65 pp a trip
